Felspar Townhome is a 3-bedroom townhouse steps to the Crystal Pier and Garnet Ave restaurants - the best location in Pacific Beach, San Diego. From our door to toes in the sand it's about 800ft (240m).
So why are we different? Our home is strategically secluded from the hustle and bustle, carefully furnished, spacious, private. Yet, you don't need a car to explore Pacific Beach. It's a short walk to the best of the neighborhood. If you want to live like a local with the best address in town, come stay with us!
This unit boasts 3 patios and a 1420 square foot area. We comfortably accommodate up to 7 people in beds, plus a child up to 2 years old in a pack-n-play. The master suite downstairs is wheelchair accessible. Our attached garage fits 1 to 2 cars. Free amenities include in-house washer and dryer, barbecue, high speed internet for work and streaming, bikes, beach gear, baby gear. We do not have AC.
Getting around is easy. Explore the neighborhood with or bikes or have fun taking the kids to the beach on our wagon. We also provide a detailed guide with our favorite local picks to spice-up your adventure.
Our home-like amenities leave more money in your pocket and more time to relax. You may pack light and use our in-house washer and dryer, and save big on meals by cooking in our fully stocked kitchen. Travelling with baby is easier with our complimentary crib, high chair and stair-gate. We can also accommodate guests with restricted mobility in our ground-floor master bedroom.

Comfortable and great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this townhome. The location is perfect for walks to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It is uniquely situated in a quiet spot nestled between 2 units. The multiple patios and rooms allowed everyone to have their space. Communication with property manager was great and questions were answered quickly. We would definitely return!

Felspar San Diego Stay

The place was really nice and accommodated the family perfect. Close to the beach and plenty of places to eat all within walking distance! The owner kept in touch and made sure that the stay was good. It was great! I would visit again!

Listing does not stress how many services such as stores, restaurants, bus stop, etc are so convenient. If it had, I would have not rented a car which I hardly used.

Nice place, great location

Overall nice place. Very well located. It's the inner unit with no street noise and little party noise. The kitchen and bathrooms are getting a little old around the edges, but still everything worked.

This is a perfect location and a great townhome

We were able to walk to almost everything. Garage was nice! Patios were great! All the stuff included was very helpful (Bikes, Laundry, etc). We had a few small issues that can be worked around or fixed.. -Living Room roku is stuck on guest mode which means we didnt have access to local tv on spectrum. we worked around it by getting a free trial of you tube tv added to the roku guest account. we were able to get Spectrum TV on the lower bedroom TV. -The master has unusual bed solution that isnt very comfortable in either configuration. We wanted to have our own bath which required us to use the downstairs bedroom. Unfortunately, this bed was difficult to sleep on. -No ice maker or ice trays. we bought ice from the liquor store two blocks away. I would def like to stay here again, but would need to figure out another alternative to the lower bedroom bed. It made my back stiff in a very unique way.

Easy beach access

Spacious and great location. Had some difficulty with results of previous tenant garbage. Owner was responsive and able to deal with quickly. Needs some repair of furniture. Overall good experience.

Great house and location but does not sleep 7

Listed to sleep seven but the roll away is not a viable bed. Loose coils and old thin mattress. Ended up on the couch. As we were all adults that was very disappointing. House was a nice space to hang, enough cookware, beach and restaurants were very close. Nothing like getting a tea and walking on the beach in the morning!

It was a very good experience except for the gnats we could not get rid of and could not determine from where they came. It would have been helpful to have recycle bin.

Great location for a getaway

Juliana is an excellent host and she responded immediately to a couple of inquiries i had once we checked in. The location is excellent. It's close to beach, shops, bars etc. The only thing I can say for possible considerstion by others is if you have kids know that there is literally a bar and pay n park right across the alley.

Can’t beat the location!

This house is a really cute townhome just steps away from the beach and plenty of great bars and restaurants. The 3 patios are lovely and the kitchen is stocked with essential tools for cooking during a longer stay. The beach chairs and bbq are another plus. One negative, there’s NO AC!! The weather in San Diego is lovely so it’s livable, but you won’t be sleeping with blankets. Also, having the windows open makes for flys. But overall I loved my stay and it worked for my group! I recommend!

Great Location with Great Features

Our family really enjoyed this property for our week in San Diego. The location is a short, easy walk to the beach on the coast crossing just one street. The location is near many restaurants, shops, bars and short walk to grocery. Keys for our family that included young grandkids were the short walk and the numerous kid friendly items available. Not having to worry about a pack-n-play for sleeping, a high chair plus having off street covered parking sealed the deal. The house included a wagon, sand toys body surf boards and skim boards round out the amenities. Check out the multiple ice cream shops nearby, we hit them all. Garage accomodated two small crossover suvs. It's tight but compared to hunting parking or paying it is very valuable. The house itself has multiple decks, patios including outdoor table for meals. We really enjoyed the gated patio off the front door. Although no A/C which is pretty standard for this type of house and location, the air flow with upstairs windows open was comfortable. Definitely recommend for value near the ocean with added kid amenities and parking.

Great Stay in Pacific Beach!

Fantastic home! 5 minute walk to the beach. We loved everything about it, except the noise on Friday-Sunday from the bars right next door. We knew that ahead of time and expected it, but it is definitely very loud until 2am on weekends. We would still recommend it and it’s a great stay!

Will definitely stay again

What a great property, truly about a 3 min walk to the beach. Great Location. Lots of great restaurants near by. Garage entrance is tight so trucks and Large SuV's are not gonna fit. But we were able to fit 1 car and small SUV together. Would stay again if ever in the Pacific Beach Area.

Mario and I were raised by the beach in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. In San Diego, we wanted to live in an urban beach community. We found PB to be our perfect place. The kids are little and we go a lot to the beach, bay, and Sea World. Now we moved up North, and we want to share our piece of paradise with you!

We love Pacific Beach! The most fun beach neighboorhood, far less expensive than La Jolla, much more interesting and functional than Mission Beach. The beautiful Sail Bay is also nearby and you can easily include it in your walk. A variety of restaurants and shopping are all within walking distance. It is also the epicenter of San Diego's beach nightlife. For all this, PB is the perfect laid-back beach location and spares you the driving. All other main San Diego attractions are within short distance. But the perfect location is not enough. Our home has a charming openness and lots of natural light. The high ceiling and the tall window in the living room give this condo a very special touch. It's so comfortable and peaceful you almost forget it's so close to everything!
