We had an amazing stay yet again at our favorite beach house! It was clean, and perfectly located with beautiful ocean views. The host, Peter is friendly and attentive, making everything easy and enjoyable. We can't wait to come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!

Wonderful time at bath Lane

The house is beautiful, very clean and accommodating. Peter was very helpful and responsive. It slept our family of 6 comfortably and was a close walk to plenty of delicious food options. We loved it and would highly recommend for your beach trip.

We had an absolutely incredible weekend at what we call our home away from home! The location is unbeatable, just steps from the sand and a short walk to restaurants. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated in a charming coastal style, clean and well-maintained. Peter is attentive, communicative and always ensuring everything rans smoothly. Can’t wait to come back this summer!

Fantastic beach getaway!

If you are looking for upscale, this is the place! The home is just beautiful, roomy, immaculate, efficient and just a minute walk to the beach. We loved the outdoor fireplace and hot tub with complete privacy. Owner messaged with all instructions, super easy to check in. Everything you need is there. It’s a must stay when you are in Ventura. I would most definitely stay here again.

Summer vacation

We had the best time and we’re already planning to come back next summer. Such a wonderful beach property! The house had a lot of fun recreational things for kids and adults. The proximity and view of the ocean is amazing. The host was attentive and replied right away if we had any questions. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful home, fully equipped just a few steps from the beach.

We recently stayed at this house for spring break with another family. The house was wonderful (well appointed bedrooms, kitchen had everything you’d need, nice play space for kids to hang out (ping pong, pac man, fusbal, tv) and separate space for adults to hang out. Peter was easy to work with. Hot tub was nice at the end of the day. Looking forward to renting this house again!

Peter was a wonderful host. The house was even better than we had expected! So close to the beach, saw dolphins each day while swimming. The kids were in heaven! The games room was absolutely incredible and the house was also stocked with board games.Everything was very clean and the house had everything and more we could ever need plus more! Don’t hesitate to book this incredible stay!

Wonderful home!! Can't wait to return!

Beautiful, sunny, New property just at few doors down from the beach. Close to downtown and within walking distance of shops. The rental process with Peter from booking to check in and check out was seamless. The home was very clean with everything you would need and more. The attention to the small details was appreciated. It was amply stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, bath products even pillow spray. There were bikes, beach chairs, pingpong, foosball, a cute reading area under the stairs for kids. Everything mentioned in their description was there and in perfect condition. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. Kitchen was very well stocked right down to spices and things you might forget to bring. The backyard was cozy with a hot tub and fire pit. The owner's put a lot of thought into everything they did. You are staying in a home not a house! We loved our time here and would definitely book again!
