We love this location - one house from the sand with pleanty of parking and a private fenced backyard. Fully remodelled kithen with new granite shiny floors - nothing not love! Please folks, allow us to earn your 5-star review by letting us know if something isn't right. 4 stars reduces our overall average. Earning 5 stars is important to us so please help make your vacation a 5-star experience!

Thank you, we had a lovely time. Great location, but there are a lot of steps, so if you have small children or elderly keep this in mind.

Quaint, Beach Property

Excellent location, easy access to find, and perfect set up for large group! We would definitely return to this rental again and again!

Great location

Loved the location right by the beach. Can see the beach while having coffee on the many outdoor patios! Very clean and nice that k-cups were provided.

Beautiful Pierpont

We would definitely rent this property again! The location is Perfect! We were steps from the beach and even walked there barefoot! The house was well stocked with beach items. Great for families!!!

Fantastic Stay

We rented both sides of the duplex. The units were clean and well stocked. You have an ocean view from the balconies and just steps from the beach. Fantastic vacation.

Great property-Great location!

Very pleased with our stay! No complaints at all! Fully stocked with all household needs, which was great! Beds were comfy and all spaces were clean. Location is ideal. Close to a street with restaurants and beaches were fairly quiet! We would definitely be back should we head back to Ventura! Thank you to the hosts for the impeccable communication!

Perfect place

We loved this place. location can't get better. The whole process was simple with no issues. Owners very accommodating. The place is clean and layout really cool for a family where the adults want to get a little separation from the kids.

Perfect Stay

Wonderful property just steps to the ocean! Very dog friendly neighborhood and beach. The outdoor shower, grill and fire pit make the perfect evenings. Very close proximity to everything. Can’t wait to return! Thank you Lisa!

Amazing!

It was so perfect and amazing for our trip! We decided to stay one more day. I love being 10 steps from the beach. The beach is absolutely beautiful and love being to have our dog with us! Everything was very clean. We'll definitely be back!

Remarkable location and very enjoyable property.

This place was absolutely perfect for our hopes. Proximity to the beach is very tough to beat and the updated property was all we could hope. Really enjoyed it and it filled our families needs well. Will attempt to return! Thanks so much.

Spring break at the dog beach

Just delightful! Steps to the sand and the doggy beach. We had such fun. Plenty of easy bikes rides around town. Comfortable, easy and eeek appointed. I loved the fire places. I would definitely stay there again

Perfect rental and perfect location

My family and I had an AWESOME stay! We knew it would be close to the sand, but not literally seconds to the sand. It was perfect. It is perfectly located. Walking distance to ice cream, restaurants, etc. It was probably the cleanest rental we have ever been to. We had 6 people total and 1 dog. There was more than enough room. No rental is perfect, so there are only 3 things that we had "issues" with (that weren't even really issues, just inconveniences): no measuring cups in the kitchen for cooking, couldn't get the jets to work in the master bath up stairs (but the deep tub was still great for soaking), and the skylight in the upstairs master bedroom shines right on the bed in the morning with no way of blocking the sun. BUT, those 3 things are so minor there is no way we wouldn't stay here again. We 1,000x's recommend this house and can't wait for our next trip. You can tell the owner takes pride in her rentals!!!!!!

Easy fix is replacing the missing measuring cups and I will order a shutter for that skylight! I will have the tub checked out as well and see what we can do about it. We are constantly upgrading and remodeling our properties and adding amenities - this on just got A/C and heat last week - so I hope you'll come back and reap the benefits of your review! Lisa

Location is great, easy access, good views, reasonable checkout requirements, would consider staying again. First and second floor of unit are quite nice, good amenities (e.g. beach towels, tvs in rooms)Garbage outside when we arrived.Instructions for the fireplace are not accurate at all. Very aggressive signs and notices not to flush anything besides toilet paper but no garbage can in the third floor bathroom (or third floor office/bedroom) so I guess you are supposed to just walk around the house with any used feminine products or used bathroom wet wipes. Probably not as big of a deal as it feels like but worth noting. Microwave does not work.No door to third floor/loft so noise is problem

I could sit on the front balcony all day long.

Very clean, pet friendly home with a wonderful view of the ocean! Nice bed rooms with great beds. I am a senior, so I stayed in the downstairs bedroom with only nine stairs up to the next floor where the kitchen and living rooms are located. The duplex is on a very friendly and quiet street. I would definitely stay here again. Had a wonderful time. Thank you Lisa and thank you for ask answering my questions so quickly.
