Overall great place to stay in Traverse City. A bit further from the downtown than it looked on the map but also quiet and had easy parking included which was a bonus. Still some coffee shops, breweries and restaurants within an easy walk. Really enjoyed Mundos Coffee and Modern Bird for dinner. Nice, newer building but some items were more worn than expected based on how new the place seemed. Couch has seen better days and bath towels were rough. Otherwise comfortable, clean and great home base for exploring the area!

First time to Traverse City
My family had the best time! Property manager was great to communicate with. Property is close to restaurants and downtown. Very clean, binder with all the things to do and eat and extra amenities were a bonus! Can’t wait to go back!

The location was great! And awesome to pay cleaning fee and not have to clean before we leave!!!! We cooked a lot at the rental. The kitchen didn't have a some of the kitchen things we needed so we had to buy things like kitchen towels (not paper) lemon juicer. The pots were teflon, utensils, were plastic. … not what I normally use. Bed had plastic sheet which made it hot. And not used to hearing neighbors thru the walls. So didn't get good sleep.

Hello Heidi, there should have been kitchen towels in the unit. If you would have reached out we definitely could have brought some!! Sorry about the lemon juicer that is something we don't keep stocked. As not a everyday item for most people. I am not sure what you mean by our sheets being plastic?? They are definitely NOT plastic, they are cotton.

This cute condo has an excellent location. You can easily walk into town, or to Lake or even a nice play ground. House had everything you need for a short stay. Only thing I would say, being a tea drinker, was no hot pot for boiling water. I went old school with stove. Lol. Highly recommended.
