We enjoyed our stay! The river was absolutely beautiful after the recent rains (July 2026). We went down to the closest water crossing where the water was flowing pretty good and had the best time. The kids (2y-11y) loved exploring, swimming, and floating. The house was perfect for our group. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was plenty of space. The hosts were incredibly attentive to us and we appreciated their quick replies for some things came up. We would definitely stay again!

Family vacation

We had a great family vacation at the house and the river. Plenty of comfortable room inside and out.

Family vacation 2024

Very nice place! My family really enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. Very peaceful and relaxing . Will definitely be back!

Great for whole family

The whole home made it so easy to bring our mother who's recently had a stroke. So wonderful not to be left out of vacation!

Very nice place!

This was a really nice home within walking distance to the Frio. Lots of space for two families, and a bunk room that was perfect for the kids. The indoor clubhouse was a big hit. The house is secluded from the road, and there were so many hummingbirds, butterflies, deer, and more. We went in late July and the Frio was high enough for us to stay cool and the kids to splash and explore. Overall a lovely experience!

Family vacation. 5 adults, 2 children

The house is wonderful. Very pretty, huge windows, beautiful scenery. Kitchen was great, lots of room for numerous people and well equipped. Home was so clean. The play area with loft and slide was great for the kids. While adults are preparing meals the kids can be out there. They loved it. The water by the house was disappointing by the house. We have stayed in this area the past 3 years so have a favorite place at one of the water crossings. O.8 miles. Enjoyed it all. Cannot go wrong when renting this home.

We appreciate your feedback about the water by the house; the water levels are usually 2-3 feet, but it does change with rain. Next time we hope that its higher for y'all! Amazing house

The house has a beautiful wrap around porch and the owners thought of everything when stocking the house. We will definitely stay here again!
