We’re sorry the carpeting, furniture, and fixtures felt dated — that feedback is helpful and we’re reviewing upgrades for the unit. We also apologize you had to buy grill utensils and that our team didn’t respond promptly; that fell short of our standards. We’ve arranged to stock grilling utensils and reminded the on‑site team to answer calls during business hours and to follow up personally on guest messages. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Outdated décor – The owner truly values your feedback. While the condo is as pictured, she is planning updates to the furniture and flooring in the near future. Master bedroom A/C – The unit is currently being repaired so future guests will have a more comfortable experience. Limited supplies – We’ve shared this with housekeeping so they can better stock essentials for larger parties moving forward.
