This space is a 1BR/1BR with a King size bed in the master. It is overlooking the well kept garden and jacuzzi. The living room is spacious and has a sofa sleeper that converts into a queen bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Total living space is 585 sq ft. Washer/Dryer facility that takes coins located on property near the large pool.

Access the entire condo for use. Pool and jacuzzi and laundry facilities are shares with other guests. Private assigned parking for 1 vehicle in front of garage (ENCLOSED GARAGE AND OWNERS CLOSET NOT INCLUDED)

We are available via text between hours of 9 am and 11 pm all days of the week. After hours number for emergencies is listed on Air BNB website unless otherwise directed to another Emergency number in your welcome email or during your stay.

Walking, driving or vehicle is ideal for the island.

Pets are allowed. Two pet maximum per condo. Max weight of pets is no no larger than 25 pounds. The Home Owners Association permits small pets only.

Absolutely no smoking inside the building!

No parking in anyones assigned parking space, vehicles will be towed at owners expense! Additional parking is located on Morningside Drive and is limited to 2 guests slots. There is additional parking provided by the city on Gulf Bloulevard and the road that runs perpendicular to Gulf Boulevard.

My children and I stayed at this property. We had everything we needed, were comfortable, and enjoyed the proximity of the property to the beach, restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!

For this address it was a little confusing to get to our room you could go off of two Strts.

The pool was nice and place was nice and cozy.

Great location!

All of the tenants were very nice. The property was close to the beach, and Padre Blvd which made it easy access to all destinations. We would stay in 103 again!

Very nice condo in an excellent location

My daughter and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was neat and clean and just the right size. We were close to the pool and jacuzzi and just across the street from beach access. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The property owners are very helpful and it is reasonably priced.

My husband and I love this little condo. It has a cozy feeling to it and is very close to all the great spots we like to hang out at. We are definitely renting here again next year and I highly recommend this place 👍🏼

Great, Cozy Seaside Getaway!!

This is a beautiful, well maintained condo just a block from the beach. It comes with everything and it has been updated and decorated beautifully! The owners were wonderful and so easy to deal with. I enjoyed everything about my stay. I plan to stay there many more times in the future!

Very clean

We stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and we had an amazing time. The condo was very clean and they had everything you needed on hand. Yvonne was very quick to respond and took care of all our needs. Will definitely stay here again

Nice condo with quiet garden area with pool. One block from beach access. Enough room for a couple and six year old, and a pack and play for a six month old.

Nice lil apt getaway

Lots of kitchen supplies for cooking. Nice little place A/C works fabulous, nice recliner love seat my husband loved , plenty of space for 2 or 4. Short walk to beach. Nice little pool on site.

Memorial Day

We enjoy our stay @ your Condo very much. Great location, nice facilities, very quiet, except for one group of guests playing music too loud @ 1:00AM @ the hot tub that was right outside our bedroom window.

The rules clearly state that there is to be no one in the pool after 10pm. There are many ways that this could have been handled. I find that just politely asking to turn it down would get the desired response. If you don't want to do that, the number to Furcron Realty is posted and for your use if need be. Probably the best thing to do is call me directly or text me and I will take care of it for you. Usually it is best to do this before it becomes a problem rather than after :(

Great place, clean, location & pet friendly

Our first trip to South Padre. We lived this place. It is a block from the ocean easy walk access and great spot on the island. It wa clean which is important to us and pet friendly. Our dog was happy! A pool and spa onsite which was important to us too. We will be back and stay here again

After we finally found the place it was great!!! It was very nice inside and clean! It had everything a condo is suppose to have and more!!! We were thoroughly satisfied. We would recommend it to anyone!
