Trish was quick to reply to a question I had. The place is on a culdesac and very quiet. Spacious rooms. Relaxing stay, would recommend!

Our stay at the house was excellent. Everything as described. Great golf course location and short drive into Tampa. Would definitely stay again.

This is a beautiful home, in quiet neighborhood right on the golf course, the beds are very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to cook , bathrooms are very nice , plenty of space here to move around , close to stores and restaurants, and Trish is great to work with and fast to respond to any questions you may have , WE very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely home

Great house in a good location

Great property in a nice neighborhood with nature and space for kids to explore outside. Only about 20 minutes away from Tampa. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

What a lovely home and a pleasant surprise. I enjoyed the privacy the home brought being tucked back and nestled into the golf course. The living room had a very relaxing and calming feel. And the lanai was a great place to eat breakfast and enjoy our iced coffee. Our kids enjoyed the fooseball table and even learned to play chess during our stay. The extra touch of games brings a fun element when traveling with kids. We had plenty of room as a family of six. It is always a good sign when you stay in a home and can easily see yourself living there. Would love to stay here again.

A peaceful and relaxing place

Beddings are soft, Sheets are clean, pillows are comfortable, I love this place and space. I would give a 5 stars for everything if the kitchen utensils are up to date. Owner is very responsive and sweet, I would love to stay here again.

We had a small maintenance issue, and they immediately came out to fix it.

We love EnCanto!

EnCanto is a charming, lovely, and peaceful home that our family just LOVED. The owners were so incredibly kind & easy to work with. The house is even more beautiful in person. The beds are so comfortable with the softest sheets. And they had a pack and play for our little guy with a comfy mattress topper for him. If you’re in the Tampa area I would highly suggest this property. I know you will love it, too!

We enjoyed our stay overall.The inside of the house looks exactly like the pictures. Cozy with cool decor and fun additions like a foosball table, chess and board games. The water gets nice and hot and the house is nicely air conditioned. The neighborhood feels safe and quiet. Its fairly local to shopping, Busch Gardens, Beaches, Riverwalk, Aquariums, Food and much more. Its odd, there's only 1 TV in the entire house with 4 bedrooms. Me, my hubby and the girls had to take turns choosing what to watch when we were at the house. Unsure if they offer military discount. I messaged the owner about a week prior to booking but they never replied. As a matter of fact, I finally had to message the owner again the day before the trip because I hadn't received any communication with details about my stay (Like how to get in, wifi details and checkout requirements. On day 3 of our stay, we finally found a board with the wifi information in a corner in the laundry room. I think that a welcome email of some sort would be a better experience.) Overall, this was a good experience and I would definitely stay with this host again.

Hi Lisa. I’m glad you enjoyed your stay and would come back again. Next time you’re here please call me or message me here with any questions during your stay. The second TV is in the armoire in the 4th bedroom. The WiFi code and all my contact info is in the guest book on the coffee bar, on the site as well as written on a wipe board in the laundry room (which you found). I can’t give the access code out until the day of move in once the cleaning crew is done. The reason is because they change the code each time on the way out for safety. As far as a military discount- I only offer a 10% week stay as mentioned on the site. I think my fees are extremely reasonable for such a large, comfortable home- you wouldn’t believe the number of potential guests that message for discounts and some are scams. I’m not a big corporation- just me and my husband tending to our guests. I really wish you would have contacted us- everything you mentioned would have been addressed within hours. I appreciate your feedback and take it to heart. This is our home that we share with the public and we take pride in it. In fact I’m here right now this evening going over every square inch. Thank you for your visit and feedback.

Comfortable place to stay while visiting our son about 15 minutes away in Fish Hawk

It was very clean. The area was quiet and really peaceful with a lovely view of the golf course. The bed and linens were comfortable. The location was perfect for us to travel back and forth to our son's house and proximity to groceries, bank, etc was great. The layout and decorations in the home were really charming. A couple of small things were missing such as tissues and a wine opener. Some of the rugs in the rooms and bathrooms were what I would call a little "tired"-replacing some of those things would make the place feel fresher I think. The internet network had changed. That information was written on a chalk board in the laundry room along with multiple other notes that were all very hard to read. I feel it should have been on the desk or corrected in the information book. We would stay there again because of the location.

I am sad and a little mad...you are the first lower rating since we opened. I'm not understanding...you had my direct cell and we were texting and messaging before and during your stay- you just needed to ask for anything you needed and I would have bent over backwards (like when you texted for the wifi password and you had it within seconds or when you were nervous about the automated door code). Missing tissues, a missing wine opener and you couldn't read the chalk board in the laundry room. Wow. You think the bath mats were 'tired'? Think about how tired a fellow human is made when they bend over backwards to accommodate a stranger and get delivered a swift kick in the shins with a 4 star review...and then you say you would come back to stay again? No thanks and best of luck.
