Outfitted with stainless steel appliances, the spacious kitchen features everything you need to prepare meals indoors. There is a kitchen bar with cozy counter seating, and an adjacent dining table. After dinner, stream favorite TV shows in the living area where a gas fireplace adds allure and a built-in desk space offers convenience. More post-dinner fun awaits in the game room, equipped with a foosball table and arcade-style games. Each of the pristine bedrooms offer quality linens and comfort, including a third/bonus room, allowing you to rest soundly for the days ahead.

Guests must stay at least three nights to enable pool heat. If you are staying less than three days and would like the pool heated, a fee equivalent to the three-night fee will need to be paid.
Please be aware that there is currently no AC in the game room.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: This property is equipped with a doorbell camera with a camera on the front door.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool spa. A fee of USD 72 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
