Treat your friends and loved ones to a vacation of a lifetime in this 2400+/- sq. ft. duplex. Premium location at 6th and Atlantic Avenue, one block walk to beach, boardwalk, amusements and fine dining. This upscale duplex has five bedrooms allowing for 13 people to sleep comfortably; smartly designed with one king, two queens, two twin beds, one bunk bedroom with two bunk beds, which include three singles and a double. Three full bathrooms, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, living room area, five flat screen TVs with cable, ceramic tiles and hardwood floors in living area, carpet in bedrooms, and wifi access. Outdoor grill in the driveway area. Beach tags also are provided.

Enjoy your afternoon and evenings on a covered balcony with view of the Ferris wheel and attractions for ultimate relaxation and outdoor summer dining.

Onsite garage and driveway parking will allow for three full size cars, plus street parking.

Guests are reminded to make their own arrangements for linens and towels (as is typical in Ocean City), which are available for rental by several vendors.

We had another wonderful stay here in OC for our family reunion. Beautiful home with everything we need especially as we make all our meals fresh. Karen is an awesome host and easy walk to beach, boardwalk, and town shops.

Great experience at this beautiful house. Perfect for a family vacation. Master bedroom had a very comfortable bed. Some of the best sleep I have had in a while. Will definitely book again. Would love to make this an annual destination.

Lots of room for multi-family fun. The house was ready to use, no cleaning required. The host was easy to work with and changed weeks to accommodate our schedule. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles. The location was ideal and allowed us to walk everywhere downtown and on the boardwalk.

We came to Ocean City for a family reunion. One of the nephews has a family of 4 in the neighborhood. We had nine adults staying at the condo . We had three couples and three singles of mostly older adults. We picked this condo because it looked like it had a great gathering area in the great room. It was wonderful. We could fit 13 people around the dining room table and had room for cooking and a nice living room and then out front was a big porch. It is on the second floor so there is a staircase to walk up. There was also parking for three cars and a convenient location. It worked out wonderful for our family reunion and I would not hesitate to rent this property again.

This house was as advertised. It's in a great location - close to beach, boardwalk, and town. We had 6 adults, 5 children, and 2 toddlers with us and the place handled us well. There's a big living and dining space - we ate meals all together each night around the large table. The covered balcony is nice. There were plenty of sand toys, beach chairs, boogie boards, and even a wagon to cart our stuff to the beach. It was super clean; the host was very helpful; and we had no problems at all. Wow! Thank you!

Great Independence Day Week

We've been coming to Ocean City for many years, and this house is probably the best one. About one block from the beach and easy access to the boardwalk. Also walking distance from the downtown shopping strip. Home was as advertised, and my inlaws and our adult children had a peaceful, relaxing week.

Second time staying here. It is a great place for a family vacation. The owner is great. The place is well kept, clean and has everything you need. Very close to the Boardwalk, beach and the downtown. Will hopefully stay there again and highly recommend.

Great Family Vacation Home

This 1 floor home was perfect for our 3 generation family vacation. Great location close to the Boardwalk and Beach. Plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time together. We highly recommend to anyone bringing their family to Ocean City. We hope to spend another vacation here in the future. Great place and owner.

Great family stay

Rental was really nice for entire family. Loved size of covered outdoor deck to fit the whole family. Walking distance to beach and boardwalk was a plus-made it easy for family members to come and go as we wanted. Owner was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to any questions we had-very helpful and nice.

Vacation 2023

Great location! Had a lot of fun and had plenty of space inside! The only odd thing that happened was the fires from Canada which made us stay in for a day but other than that great stay!
