Staying at the cottage was a wonderful experience :) We had vacationed here previously four years ago and beautiful upgrades have been made! Our time at the cottage was so relaxing and rejuvenating with all the comforts of home including lovely sheets, blankets and plush pillows in every bedroom! Bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and all the necessities. The kitchen was fully equipped with beautiful cook and bakeware and plenty of dishes, serving ware and multiple coffee makers :) The Lake Michigan beach right through the woods and down the sandy path was a slice of Northern Michigan heaven and makes the cottage an incredible gem in Good Hart! Thank you for sharing your incredible cottage! We hope to return again soon!

If I was beginning my stay all over again, I would get all of my groceries & necessities in Petosky or Gaylord before coming to the house. Our family loved the house & beach so much that once we arrived we didn’t want to leave! I would make sure I was getting there for the first time before sunset. The owner’s directions were great, but it is very secluded. The house had everything our family needed for a great stay! The upstairs sleeping loft was a perfect spot for our children. Our family of 7 had more than enough space, and we only wished for more days relaxing at the quiet beach together. We would definitely book this house again. Don’t forget to stop at the General Store in Good Hart. It was a perfect spot for a sweet souvenir, and you could grab a bite to take back to the house to eat!

This is our 2nd year staying here and it never disappoints! Julie is always so quick to respond to any inquiries! This cottage has been perfect for our family! It’s well stocked with all the essentials! You’re steps from Lake Michigan on your own private beach! The kayaks and paddleboards are always such an awesome amenity! We’ll see you next year!

Excellent kitchen, everything you need for meals, appliances new. Host was very responsive, handled a couple of things quickly and efficiently. Harbor Springs, Legs Inn, Good Hart Store, Pond Hill Farm, all had something for our group to enjoy. Heat wave and Torrential rain storm was unexpected but everything turned out well for our Mackinac Island journey as well.

We've stayed here for 6 years, 3 with current owner. Beautiful location with pristine, private beach. Comfortable accomodations for our group of teens, young adults, and parents. Beds are very good quality. Kitchen has everything you need. Owner is quick to respond to all communications. The beach is the highlight of this home. Quiet neighborhood- rarely saw another person during our 1 week stay. We'll definitely be back.

Very nice property, amenities were perfect for a small group of adults. Just pay attention to the property owners location instructions....don't follow Google Maps!

Very enjoyable stay, well stocked kitchen and gorgeous beach with easy access. Beds were comfortable and owner very responsive! Private, remote neighborhood, we loved seeing the eagles a few times. I recommend this property for a northern MI getaway.

This lovely home in Good Hart was the perfect spot to unwind and celebrate our friends retirement. We all commented on how well appointed the home was, there absolutely everything we needed. Don't miss the sunsets they are spectacular!!

Perfection

This was a perfect stay for us! The cottage was the perfect size for our family! It was stocked with everything you could need!! The kayaks and paddleboards were the icing on the cake!! Tucked in the woods, right on the beach! Perfect!

This is the most well stocked kitchen we’ve seen in our travels. Nice quiet spot with direct beach access. We used the provided paddle boards and kayaks. Water entry was rocky so bring water shoes… but everything else is provided!

Lovely cabin, quiet beach

Once again it was a lovely week at this picture perfect cabin. The kitchen is filled with everything needed to cook, beds comfortable, the deck inviting after a long day on the beach. You will not be disappointed with the location; beautiful and quiet with a walkable sandy beach. We highly recommend this lake house!

Best stocked Michigan vacation home!

House has literally everything you need! Great location, great communication from owner and the house is so well kept. Access to the beach was outstanding and the beach is lovely. Location is nice for reaching those farther north Michigan spots.
