Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad Windemere 1204 was clean, well furnished, and comfortable, and that the short walk to the pool and beach worked well for you. We apologize the covered parking felt tight and for the stress caused by receiving the entry code so close to check-in. We will share your notes with our operations and the owner so we can improve check-in communication and review parking arrangements for future guests. Thank you for staying with Luxury Coastal Vacations — we hope to welcome you back to the Gulf Coast in the future. Sunny Regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations

Thank you for the perfect score! We're glad the condo's location was just what you needed. We will follow up with building management about elevator maintenance and parking height/clearance information so future guests aren't surprised. We appreciate your kind words about our team and hope to host you again. Sunny regards, Luxury Coastal Vacations
