This 2 bedroom family freindly home is located in a quiet neighborhood in North Tonawanda. It offers a queen bedroom, a full bedroom, and a pull-out bed located off of the living room. There is an equipped kitchen and a gas grill for your convenience. We also have a work station for those here on business!
It is a 30 minute drive to Downtown Buffalo and 20 minutes to Niagara Falls, NY. Here for some football? We are 40 minutes from the stadium.

Lovely stay in WNY

The house exceeded expectations with how clean and modern it felt. As a transplant returning home, the location was perfect - easy access to the Falls as well as all of Buffalo. We would happily stay again!

Excellent VRBO in North Tonawanda, NY

We stay here in the last week of July. It was perfect for the two of us. Very clean, well kept, and easy access to areas like Niagara Falls and Buffalo. We certainly would stay here again if we ever visited that area of the country.

Practical and comfortable stay

Its like 18 mins drive to Niagara Falls and the host were awesome. I was not having AC unit in one of the bedroom and within an hour Michelle the host arranged it on a July 04th holiday - much appreciated. Truly a quite and safe neighborhood with near by Mosque, 7 elevan store.

Great spot - close to Niagara, Buffalo, etc.

This place was great to stay at. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils, pans and spices / cooking oil. Hosts were receptive to questions we had. The futon worked well for our requirements with blankets available. Washer / dryer was helpful to have, and worked great. You can tell it has rained, as there was a little water in the basement, but it didn't affect anything. The neighborhood was great. Quiet and can take a walk if one wants to.

The property was much smaller than we expected but the bedrooms were fine. We loved the system to get in/out since it was an app but also had the option to use a punch code. There is really only parking for one vehicle and the options for street parking were not explained. Communication was tough as information did not arrive timely to plan our arrival and departure times. A binder with information on how to access the Wi-Fi and places nearby would be handy for the future. There no directions on how to use the central air but we figured it out. The area is near the water and parks and was within 20 minutes of our family’s hotel and a huge commercial shopping center. This meet our needs for a short visit and we did not cook at the location. The fridge was very clean.

Perfect for visiting a friend in town.

Quiet neighborhood, modest but well stocked kitchen, would recommend for guests needing a quiet and safe accommodations while visiting friends in town.
