The third bedroom was totally in the opposite side where the two bathrooms were, in other words, this was functional obsolescence. In addition to that there was no closet(was locked) and the saved lack privacy. The lock in the bathroom facing the front of the house did not work: didn’t close tightly.!the bathroom in the back lacks a blind for privacy. The beds needs blankets. The ones provided were very light. The light bulbs in the house should’ve replaced for brighter lights, the ones are ver dark. The coffeemaker was very old and almos ready to break, it should be replaced for a bigger one.The front and back of the house were in need of care. No grass,, no landscaping and dirty. The entry porch could a nicer set of as well as in the back.

Convenient Stay

Overall the stay was good. There were dirty towels, blankets, and it was not clean under any of the furniture in any room. The “smart TV” seemed out of date, despite 5g wifi it was SLOW loading any streaming service… which also had limited selections of those services. Ended up using a laptop rather than the TV apps. Ultimately, I’d suggest better cleaning prior to patrons visiting the residence as well as an updated tv to keep up with the current wifi system.

After I listed my first Airbnb in St. Augustine, Florida, I became obsessed with hosting! Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Guests have access to three bedrooms offering two queen beds and a twin bed. There are two bathrooms with standing showers. The home has a large kitchen that is fully stocked for cooking meals and a dining area with seating for six. Take a seat in one of two living areas, one of which offers a smart tv where guests can sign in to their favorite subscriptions and catch up on your shows. We have a small patio with seating in the back for guests who want to sit and watch the sun set.

It is a cozy but deceptively spacious house with real bamboo floors in a quiet neighborhood. The house is designed and decorated to make you feel relaxed and also to spark creativity. Down the street from the house is a small wooded lot you can explore that backs up onto one of Gainesville's many natural springs.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Located close to downtown/midtown area, UF campus and the stadium, and Shands Medical Center and North Florida Regional.

Getting around Gainesville is easy although it could be busy in the downtown area on weekends and Gator game days. Parking during these times will also be limited.

We have local busses, Uber/Lyft ride share options, as well as scooter rentals.

On game days, you don't have to worry about the insane hassle of parking: a bus stop at the entrance to the neighborhood will take you down to the UF campus; from there the football stadium is only a five-minute walk. The bus stop also goes to the airport.
