The cutest little vintage cottage at the close edge of downtown. We walked the easy walk to restaurants, stores and trails along the river. The Saturday Farmer’s Market was right across the street…..such a cool surprise. Quiet little neighborhood and the property manager was super responsive. We highly recommend this little gem.

Great House and Location

This house was located within a few blocks of the downtown Salida area. It was clean and had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We received great instructions from the host, and so the check-in was smooth. This is an excellent location! All of the downtown businesses are within walking distance. We were fortunate to be at this location on a Saturday morning when the Salida Farmers Market was right across the street at Alpine Park! We loved our stay.

Great location

Property was the perfect location & had all we needed for cooking on-site, good laundry facility & loved that it was across from Alpine Park. It was easy walking distance to restaurants, shops & river. Great bike riding right out the front door. We would stay at this location again.

Great Stay!

The house is very inviting, comfortable, with a lot of character. We enjoyed being able to walk to town and a special surprise was the farmer’s market across the street in the park. The communication with Amanda at Piñon Rentals was fabulous and she was so helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Flexible peppery manger, excellent location, cute place

There was extremely flexible with my mom, changing her mind when she would arrive or leave. The flexibility communication was appreciated. The place was very cute and check-in was very easy.

Parkside Fun

We had a wonderful time at the Parkside Cottage. The property is nicely located in residential Salida, across from a park and easy walking distance to the downtown shops/restaurants and the river. The property itself was clean and well equipped.
