Great location. Very nice house, especially the screened porch. Nice walking distance from two pleasant beaches. Great for 2 couples and two dogs.

Excellent stay—this place truly felt like home. The location was fantastic, and everything was exactly as described. The host was very communicative and made the entire experience seamless and easy. Would definitely recommend and would happily stay again.

Check-in was very easy and the kitchen worked out great as we ate most of our meals (breakfast and dinner) there. Enough room in the kitchen to pack lunches and snacks for the beach.

Thanksgiving Get Away

Perfect place for half of our family to stay while celebrating Thanksgiving with my mother who lives in Cotuit. Comfortable space for family to relax.

Nice stay. Home is very clean and well kept. Yard in nice shape too. Highlights are the outdoor shower and the porch/gazebo areas. We would def stay here again.

First visit to Cape Cod

Family gathering

Our stay on Pine Ridge Road was perfect for our family gathering. The location is awesome-easy walk to the beach, the country store and the legendary Kettle Ho! Plenty of space for everyone and of course we loved the porch!

Loops Beach

The property and the property owners were top notch Having beach chairs , umbrellas and a beach pass was a huge benefit. Local area was quaint and charming Plenty of beach and food options . Excellent stay Cheers Jim

House was exactly as advertised. Great location, huge yard to play corn hole, and screened porch did not disappoint. Would definitely rent it again

Beautiful home. Plenty of space for our family of 6. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Loved the double washing machines and dryer! The screened in porch was a wonderful surprise.

Perfection

The house is just as pictured. I was perfect for our family to stay for a wedding in Falmouth. The back yare was beautiful with all the cherry blossoms falling in the yard.

Perfect!

We loved this property! The screened in porch is perfect for summer nights. The bikes were such a great addition as the house is in a nice quiet neighborhood. The house is fully stocked and comes with a beach pass. We loved everything about it. Highly recommend for both adults and kids.

Celebrating 20+ summers in Cotuit

As an extended family- TX, ME, PA and MA we have been summering in Cotuit for over 20 yrs. First time in this property although saw it often on walks during previous stays. Everything we hoped! Gorgeous screen porch, great spot for long family meals, easy access to beaches ! Great stay . thank you
