Peaceful, non smoking home with heated in-ground pool. Clean, uncluttered and dog friendly. (No cats please due to allergies)

Pool is open Mid June through September 30. (perhaps longer weather permitting)
This house has excellent Wi-Fi and internet allowing for multiple (consecutive) zoom calls etc. There are plenty of separate areas for everyone's privacy.
Enjoy the Cape Cod lifestyle in this spacious and bright 2800 sf colonial. Find all the comforts of home in this 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house that sleeps 8 in beds. Crib available upon request but crib bedding not included.
Keep the kids entertained with the huge great room with ping pong, family games and puzzles.
The main level with 9 ft ceilings and open floor plan, includes well stocked newly remodeled kitchen, large table for dining (seats 8) and comfortable living area. Sip you coffee or tea at the large kitchen peninsula with seating for 4. The over sized great room has cathedral ceiling and skylights with room enough for your ping pong tournament. Bedroom #1 with a full bed is off the kitchen.
The upper level features a large very bright and cheery primary bedroom suite with cathedral ceiling, 2 skylights, a huge walk through closet and full bath with Jacuzzi tub. This bedroom is bright in the morning! Two additional bedrooms, each with queen beds and plenty of closet space share the second full bath. They can remain dark in the morning for guests that like to sleep in later.
After a day at the beach, enjoy a lovely outdoor shower or relax by the pool while grilling out on the deck. The large in-ground pool is beautifully maintained at a comfortable temperature. It remains open June through September and possibly longer weather permitting. No Dogs in the pool or pool area. The shed is well stocked with beach chairs, umbrella, coolers and pool toys. Kitchen and Bathrooms are stocked with paper goods to get you started. (A clean sponge, soap, a roll of paper towels and Trash Bags in the kitchen and 2 rolls TP in each bath to get you started)
The garage is vacant but not included in short term reservations.
It can be included with long term reservations in the winter.
The basement is also vacant but not included in the rental.

Beautiful, spacious home with a sparkling pool in a serene setting. Fully stocked with everything a vacationer could want. Our host responded immediately to any questions we had and even baked a delicious loaf of bread for us when we arrived! The location was perfect to explore the cape beaches, restaurants and shops and come back to swim in the pool or play ping pong. Our puppy had a blast as well!

Home was spacious and clean. Very accommodating for pets including fenced in area and pet gates. Pool was immaculate. Host kept in touch making sure everything was good and accommodated our later checkout request.

Such a beautiful home! The house is even bigger and more spacious than the pictures make it look. The yard is absolutely gorgeous, and the heated pool was such a wonderful bonus!Our host, Nelly, was amazing. She checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed and made it clear that she was available if anything came up. We truly felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our stay.We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this beautiful home!

We absolutely loved our stay in Nelly's home! Our kids loved the pool and it was a wonderful addition to the stay. Plus Nelly had thoughtfully placed towels by the door, which really helped us keep pool mess under control. Our dog was really comfortable too - she loved the outdoor space and felt plenty comfortable inside. Nelly was also super attentive- she picked up trash for us, offered to pump out the pool cover when it rained, and was generally helpful and responsive to questions. We would 10000% recommend this place to anyone staying with kids and/or dogs. We loved it and hope to return!

Quiet neighborhood, pool and nice home. Ping pong table, games and a nice area to walk in quiet. Great place. Love the Cape.

Wonderful and relaxing vacation spot
We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything was terrific and as advertised - a great spot to relax, hang out by the pool, and play yard and board games. We can't wait until our next visit!

The home was lovely. It was the perfect place for a winter getaway.. it was clean and spacious.
Nelly was a great hostess and quick to respond to messages. It was the perfect place for 6 adults to get away and relax over the holidays. Being pet friendly was a wonderful bonus!

Family friendly stay
Stayed here for a week and thought this was a great property! The heated pool was great for days when we didn’t want to go to the beach, and the central air made for a very comfortable stay inside. Owner was in touch and answered questions beforehand and even day of trip! Thank you for the stay!

Wonderful property
A relaxing week on the cape, convenient to mid-cape attractions and beaches. We chose this property specifically for the (heated!) pool and we were not disappointed. The house is well maintained and the owner/host was very responsive.

Perfect family vacation
We were so happy with our stay! The house is gorgeous and has absolutely everything we needed. Nelly (owner) was so attentive and checked with us on the hurricane making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Absolutely would recommend this residence to anyone seeking a perfect vacation on the cape.
And the heated pool was absolutely delightful !

A beautiful home, lovely neighborhood. The homeowner lives in the basement & was readily available anytime we had a question. We really enjoyed our stay in Cape Cod!!

The house was very roomy, large bedrooms, great family room with a ping pong table that was so fun for all, large kitchen and dining area. Hostess very accessible, responsive very promptly and pleasant to deal with. The home made sour dough bread was a delight. We highly recommend this house for a large group.

Family Getaway
My family had an amazing time at Cape Cod and especially at this wonderful home. The house was equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor heated pool was fantastic and we spent many days just relaxing there. The host was very attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend staying here.

Cape Cod Vacation
Wonderful welcoming home. Clean and very comfortable. Communication with owner very easy. The kids love the pool. So much to do in the area. Will definitely go back.

Like home away from home.
We loved the private setting and swimming pool. Beautiful neighbourhood: well-located but away from the crowds that can feel overwhelming in Cape Cod. The house is spacious, with loads of character but also friendly and inviting. Like home away from home! The host was very responsive and a pleasure to interact with, without being intrusive. We can wholeheartedly recommend this house for those looking for private comfort.

Relaxing Cape Cod Vacation
We had a wonderful and relaxing week in Cape Cod! The house was spotless and Nelly could not have been nicer. The pool was warm and clean and we really enjoyed spending the afternoons outside. The neighborhood is quiet and very nice and the house is a short drive to Hyannis. I would recommend this house to anyone! You will have a great time!!

Excellent Home and Host
This home is beautiful and Nelly the Host, was more than accommodating. The home was very clean and nicely furniture and in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Nelly went above and beyond to make sure myself and my mother were comfortable and had everything we needed. The fresh baked bread upon arrival was such a treat. I would highly recommend a stay at this property and hoping I will be back again,

Great vacation house
We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. The house is spacious, clean and comfortable. The property is beautiful, and we loved the pool. One thing that was not an issue for us but might be for others is that the primary bedroom has a skylight and no window shades, so it gets bright in there as soon as the sun comes up. The house is well located, an easy drive to several beaches and fun places to explore, as well as several grocery stores/shopping areas.

Family Vacation
We had an awesome stay! The house was so clean and big. We really enjoyed the ping pong table as the weather wasn't the best when we were there. Nelly was always quick to respond to any questions and very easy to work with. It was a nice quiet neighborhood that wasn't in the middle of all the tourist spots but close enough to all the beaches, stores, etc.
It was nice to have big beds in all the roooms too!
Would definitely stay there again if we go back to the Cape!

Great Family Time in Barnstable
Once again we had a wonderful time in Nelly’s Cape Cod home. The house was spotless, the pool was wonderful and Nellys communication couldn’t have been better! We were greeted with fresh, homemade bread made by Nelly. The property was so quiet and private and the neighborhood is lovely. The kids played in the heated pool all day and then it was so nice to be able to relax on the deck and have dinner. I would recommend this property to anyone staying on the cape.

Best Vacation Rental Ever!
We spent one week at this lovely rental. It had a fully stocked kitchen, and the ping pong table was a huge hit. We used the large dining table for a huge puzzle to work on when we weren't in the pool. We were ALWAYS in the pool. It is so great to be provided with towels and linens. Nelly was an absolute pleasure as the owner, and left us with her specialty sourdough!

Great house
The house was spotless. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out! Nelly, the owner, is so sweet. She lives downstairs and you only hear from her if you need her! She made sure we had whatever we needed and loves sharing her home. House was not too far drive from Sandy Neck beach. Pool and spacious deck can be enjoyed after a beach day!
