What a Great two weeks

Loved everything about our rental!

It is decorated beautifully and couldn't be more comfortable with lots of 'extras' provided including beach chairs. The check-in and out process could not be easier and the team at Martha Murray was so helpful and friendly. We will definitely stay here again!

Summer Rental June 2025

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful home and view! The property was as described and very clean. The only difference was that instead of one sofa and 2 chairs, there were 2 sofas, which we actually preferred. We had one minor issue that was resolved immediately. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, modern unit

We were so fortunate that this unit was available to us last minute as our resort reservation did not work out as planned. The unit is modern, roomy, clean, and well appointed, especially in the kitchen. The rental office was very accommodating. Our only criticism would be that for the price point and luxury of the unit, there should be a king size bed in the master bedroom and the mattresses could be of better quality. We’d also expect there to be quality linens in the unit provided by the host. Aside from that, it was an enjoyable stay and we’d recommend it.

Cape Cod

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment is beautiful, very nice decor,Was disappointed that I could feel sand when I was walking around in bare feet .... The toilets are not stable , seems to rock when you sit on them... need to be righted down, and the instructions for using the dishwasher are not clear for average person to use :-( The bed in the suite room is lumpy, heavy people must have been sleeping on it , there’s a valley on both sides ;-(

We did go in after this review came through and took care of the toilets. We also have instructions on how to work the dishwasher. Our Third Stay

We specifically request this home because it is immaculate and very well-stocked. It accommodates all of our family for dinners and game nights. We had a birthday celebration at a wonderful restaurant in Yarmouth, which was such fun. Thank you again, for your hospitality. We couldn’t have asked for more!

Wonderful stay, beautiful rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing for my family (2 adults and two kids, 11 and 13 years old. Extremely clean with great location and views. The condo was immaculately furnished, with a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. The private beach was also a huge plus, very clean and mostly empty! There was a bit of noise late night from the adjacent property (maybe a beach club or the rentals next door), but this was only 1 night. We will definitely be coming back to this condo. Thank you for the great vacation!

Amazing view and ocean convenience
