Updated South Seas Villa, formerly known as Tennis Villa, featuring gorgeous coastal decor, panoramic garden and pool views, plush master quarters, well appointed living area with ample seating, as well as a robust kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Guests will enjoy proximity to all South Seas has to offer while also being close to downtown Captiva, full of opportunities for adventure and relaxation.

The Space:
This unit is located on the second floor and boasts 750 square feet of optimal island living space. This unit comfortably sleeps a party of 4 featuring a king bed in the master bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room as well as a full bathroom conveniently located between the bedroom and living room. The oversized lanai overlooking the garden features ample outdoor seating to enjoy the tranquil setting of Captiva.

Guest Access:
Please note that South Seas resort is building a new waterpark at the entrance to the resort. Due to the proximity of this complex to the construction site, there may be workers, trailers and trucks in the parking lot, construction activity and some noise, but there will not be any construction inside the unit or in areas that that will directly affect guests ability to access the beach, pool, or stairs.

Included in the rental of this unit is the use of the many amenities at the South Seas Villas complex, including a heated pool, grill and cooking area, communal laundry room, as well as all South Seas beaches and grounds. The unit is located within a five minute walk to downtown Captiva Village where guests can enjoy fantastic dining and shopping!

Access to greater resort amenities such as the pool on the opposite end or the South Seas lounge chair area is not included. We provide high-end beach gear that guests can use during their stay.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is located only a matter of feet from the beach, allowing guests to enjoy either the tranquility and hidden beauty of the gardens or the wonder of the esteemed Captiva beaches surrounding South Seas, all within feet of their residence!

Getting Around:
Recommend bikes or a golf cart, rental car not needed unless guests plan to explore beyond the downtown Captiva area (which is golf cart legal)

Guests must complete a rental agreement following reservation confirmation
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
