Enjoy a stylish, mid-century modern, quiet stay at our centrally located & family-friendly home only 3 miles from Texas Tech University. "The Wayfarer" has everything you need for a home away from home on your adventures to the Hub City, home of Buddy Holly. Sleeping 8 people comfortably in almost 2200 sq ft with 3 full bathrooms, you're sure to stay with us again when visiting Lubbock for college activities, sporting events, weddings, concerts in the magnificent Buddy Holly Hall, or work.

Four bedroom three bath home. 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa with mattress and topper. Full kitchen and utensils. Washer/Dryer.

The pictures did not do the property justice! It was set up with so many extras. It was so pretty and clean! Such a great space for a family gathering!

Great Place to Stay

This home was perfect! When you step in the front door… it’s inviting and very clean. The home has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. We enjoyed sitting in the living room and having the natural light from the big windows that overlook the back yard! It’s a lovely place and the host was attentive and responsive. We would definitely stay again and give it 5+ stars!!

Five stars

We had a great time at the house. The ad does not do it justice. The house is very fun and bright, and clean. Lots of little touches like snacks, full tray of k cups, creamers and fully stocked kitchen supplies. The ice in the freezer was so helpful! We came in for the Texas Tech game and everything is just down the street, very convenient! Also the beds are super comfy!

The Wayfarer Is Way Fantastic

Property description undersells the location, amenities, and property. We were three couples ages 60+ in twin for a Tech game and this house was perfect. Our host was super responsive. We would definitely recommend and will stay again if we're in Lubbock.

Ducks Football Weekend in Lubbock!

Overall had a great Time! Can not Thank Lindley enough she allowed us to have an early check in time of 10am on Friday morning which was great after traveling to Lubbock via the Red Eye. She had Ice in the Refrigerator for drinks & coffee available to the mornings! She suggested things to do & places to eat in Lubbock. We went to Table 21 which was great for our group! She even invited us to her Tailgate Party but time did not allow us to stop by! Can't Thank her enough! Sorry for TT loss but good win for Ducks!
