Please only park in our driveway/parking areas. The town of Mt. Crested Butte does not allow parking on any street or town right-of-way. We provide 1 car space in a heated garage and 4 spaces in the driveway for a total of 5.

Elegant mountain home tucked into the side of Mt. Crested Butte with easy access to all of the valley's most popular attractions. Surrounded by endless mountain views and filled with comfortable beds, this home also provides ski lockers at the base area for your convenience. Enjoy aprè ski time in the large hot tub or in front of the cozy fireplace on the deck. In the summer, the beautiful garden comes alive with a one-of-a-kind water feature . This property is under new management as of October 1st, 2022. The property managers are available 24 hours a day to assist you with any of your needs.

Wonderful House

Terrific house with a fantastic layout. It has everything you want and need when going skiing. The ski lockers at the base were a huge amenity....it really made it so easy on us. I would definitely stay here again!

Magical ski vacation home

Impeccable property for a muti-family ski vacation. Incredibly well appointed with loads of custom features, clearly a labor of love foe the owners. We had 3 families and the layout accommodated us all perfectly. We loved using the hot tub and outdoor fireplace for apres ski, deck views are incredible. The condo shuttle was also super convenient and seamless. All in all an incredible property, and the property managers (Lauren and Mikey) were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Showing friends Crested Butte

We’ve been visiting Crested Butte for years. This is by far the best rental we have stayed in. It was so nice to be able to bring friends along to showcase the beauty of Crested Butte!

Great place!

Highly recommend this beautiful mountain home. The rooms are lovely and the living spaces are incredible! There are a lot of stairs so be aware of that but all in all incredible property great for groups!

Hike from Aspen to CB

We hiked from Aspen to Crested Butte and the house was perfect for our group to relax and recover after the hike. Well stocked, maintained and well located. Thank you for a great visit.

Great house in Mt Crested Butte

This house is exactly as represented. An excellent location with easy shuttle access to the village center and the town of Crested Butte. There was plenty of space for our ski group. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for 3 families of 4. Great location. Easy access to free shuttle into town or slopes. Beautiful views. Great communication with property manager. Would visit again.

Family Ski Trip

We had the whole family and grandkids with us. Everything was perfect. We had the greatest few days and the house was awesome. Even though the temp was -3 , the hot tub was amazing. The views and access to skiing was perfect.

Wedding Week

We came to Mount Crested Butte for my daughter and son-in-law’s wedding and stayed in this wonderful home. The hosts graciously allowed us to use the home to invite family and friends over during the wedding week. It was the perfect setting for a beautiful week.

Great house

Great location and great house. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Hot tub and outdoor area was nice after a long day of skiing. Convenient shuttle that picks up nearby.

My favorite house in CB!

The house was not only beautiful but also planned out very well. Lots of entertaining space as well as great places to go for privacy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook all meals. Plenty of towels, etc. Very convenient location to & from the slopes. Short drive to town. Highly recommend!

Amazing property

We had such a great experience. The house was everything and more than what was advertised. The property manager met us during check in to go over everything and was available whenever we needed! It is so close to the mountain and has a shuttle that runs all day to and from the slopes. It’s a short five min drive to downtown CB. I would highly recommend this property and would love to stay again!

Great stay for a ski vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house fit our 3 families comfortably! The kids loved the pool table, separate living space, and soaking in the hot tub! We, the parents, have also felt comfortable and relaxed after our long day of skiing! Thank you to the owners for sharing their home! It was easy to walk to the bus from the house and the dedicated lockers at the base of CB was super helpful. We cooked two nights and breakfast every morning. the kitchen was stocked with all the dishes we needed.

Ski Trip with Friends

This house was great for our group of friends. The only downside is that the shuttle system was not as reliable as we expected (it showed up 5-15 minutes late every time we tried to use it). That said, it was relatively easy to ski in/out with just a short walk. The house itself was perfect with plenty of space and everything we needed.

First Class Experience!

Exceptional property, communication, and service! Beautiful house that is well maintained/appointed and full of everything you need. Panoramic mountain views that the listing pictures don’t do justice. Great location, easy access to the mountain/town/shuttles, the ski lockers right at the base are the perfect final touch of convenience, and the host/contact is extremely helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

Amazing

We have rented many, many houses, all over, and have rented one in Crested Butte almost every year for 6+ years now, and this is our favorite so far. The space is perfect for 3 families (three masters! two bunk rooms! 2nd living room for kids!). Everything was quality, and the extra touches were noticed and appreciated (pebble ice machine! man and woman slippers! welcome treats!). And not only the extra touches, but just the fact that there was enough toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, everything you need in the kitchen for cooking (except a pizza cutter...) etc. is appreciated. The one time we had an issue of a door locking with no key, response from the property manager was super quick. (Just for a note for the managers - the bedroom upstairs with the couch in it...it was mentioned that the mattress seemed to dip, FYI.) Overall, may be the first house we immediately rebook for the next year!

Excellent Location, beautiful house, perfect experience

Fantastic house with all the amenities you could need. Loaded kitchen with pots, pans, instant pot and even basic cooking supplies. We had 11 guys and stayed a week. Loved the location, hot tub, house, pool table, and excellent host. Getting to the slopes is a short walk up the steps and about 300 yards to the end of the road. Toss the skis on and you are there. Could actually ski all the way to the back door with a traverse across the snow covered roads. Bus route will pick you up basically at the bottom of the stairs to get to town instead of having to drive. House was beautiful with bath supplies, plenty of towels, slippers for the hot tub, beer/wine fridge, ice maker, & the list goes on and on. Host was very responsive to any questions and provided some flexibility with early/late access to the unit for parking. Can’t say enough great things. If you’re looking for a luxury experience with great views this is the unit for you. Will be back again.
