Beautiful home with a fabulous location. Lovely furniture and the pool in the backyard was used daily. Wonderful upgraded furniture and exquisite kitchen. We will definitely think about booking again.

Chef’s Kiss

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved staying at this house in Seacrest. It is the perfect location. Right on the front row that faces 30a. Super convenient to walk or take the shuttle to the beach. The beds were all super comfy. Plenty of towels and pool towels. The backyard pool was great and very clean. We had our pups along for the vacation and they were living their best lives. We had “yappy” hour every night on the 3rd floor deck to watch the sunset. It was everyone’s favorite spot. This was also very popular for watching all of the football games while grilling up some fresh seafood using the outdoor kitchen. We sent the kids on the 1 minute walk to Starbucks each morning which gave everyone their coffee fix for the day. The pavilion in the center had live music every night that we could walk over and enjoy with the dogs too. This location is ideal if you travel to the area and do not have a car because you can walk to literally EVERYTHING! This home and location exceeded our expectations! The team at Royal Destinations were so amazing to work with as well. Over all 10/10...chef’s kiss!

Amazing house and great location

The house is beautifully decorated and clean. The pool is great to have for kids! The top deck is perfect bbq spot for dinner with gorgeous views. The house is in the best location for dinner entertainment and shopping. I would recommend this house to anyone!

Lovely home, great location

This was a lovely home. Great location, just on the north side of 30 A and close to everything - shopping, food, bike trails, etc. Loved the pool in the back. Nicely furnished. We had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Great location

Unbelievable location. A little loud at night due to the proximity of the revelry but if you’re looking for it’s a good trade considering the location. Right between the square and chicken on a stick. 10 minute walk to the grove. Great apartment on the top floor with a balcony. A lot of fun.

Perfect Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had 11 adults and an infant for our annual Mother's Day trip and this house was perfect for us. Everyone had a bed and each room had their own bathroom. The kitchen appliances and cutlery was fully stocked so we could actually cook a meal at the house. The location is perfect and we walked to get coffee every day. Would 100% recommend staying here.

Fantastic home & location!

Location is perfect, immediately next to dining, shopping, bike rental, and amazing pool facilities. Was a very short walk or tram to the beach. The pool was a great bonus - we spent much time there. We will return! I suggest you advise future renters of the need to obtain beach access wristbands from the pool facility.

June 2024 Beach Trip

A few items were not working - ceiling fan, TV, door handles. Several roaches were killed. Poor communication for check in. Kitchen could be stocked with more supplies. Not enough dish towels or bath towels. With the price we paid this house should have been a 5 star

Hi Jennifer! Thank you for your review. As for your statement about 'poor communication', we sent you 4 text messages the week leading up to your arrival with information about your upcoming stay. We then texted you check-in instructions on your arrival day. We also sent you emails explain what to expect for check-in day. You also received a link to our Guidebook that has all pertinent information about the home, the area, and any additional information you may need. Every text message that you sent us during your stay was responded to within a timely manner. Thank you for letting us know of the items that you mentioned during your stay. We offered multiple times to send a member of our maintenance team out to address the items, but unfortunately you declined. Again, thank you for your review.

Great location and home

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the property is best for vacationing in 30A. Right between Rosemary and Alys Beach. The property is next door to Starbucks and multiple restaurants with live music each night. We have been to 30A many times and have stayed in Paradise by The Sea, Alys, and heart of Rosemary as well but this property was the best location. The property was a little bit dirty, some dog food was on the floor from a previous tenant and the pool was cloudy. We notified maintenance and they came over the next day to fix the pool. Overall it was a good experience and stay.

July 2024

Property was very clean. The property management team was very easy to work with. There was construction right next door and across the street so it was loud in the mornings but at some point that will be completed. Feel like the parking spots should be marked as reserved as this house sits right next to peddlers pavilion and we had 2 nights where someone parked in our spots after we had left for dinner. The 3rd floor bedroom sinks do not drain well at all so it made it hard to use those as well as the kitchen sink. However, the house is nice and clean other than those couple minor things that can be fixed.

The rental process was easy and organized with Royal Destinations, and the house was beautiful! No problems while we were there, everything was perfect. Amenities were great, house decor and furnishings were beachy and so well done, house layout was excellent, custom bunk room was so cozy our teen kids loved it, all beds were very comfortable, pool was fabulous, loved the gorgeous large outdoor living on 3rd floow, and you can't beat the location being able to walk literally a few steps to Peddler's area with restaurants and shops and then just a few more minutes to either Alys or Rosemary. Location to beach is also excellent, only about 5 minute walk. Loved having the bikes on property ready to go without having to deal with hassle of renting them through a vendor, and all were in great condition. We love the Seacrest Beach community because of its location, perfect spot in between Alys and Rosemary, great pool, and we loved riding our bikes throughout the whole area. All in all no complaints and we'll definitely be back!

Annual Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house in general is beautiful. Living furniture has seen better days and for only being around two years ago you would think it would be in better shape. There was a constant issue with ants in the kitchen. I reached out Sunday morning and they dropped off ant traps and spray later Sunday evening after 6pm. They had pest control come the next day however they just placed something next to where I had set the ant traps they dropped off but every morning there was more and more ants. One of the bikes they provided was not working properly so we had to rent a bike as they could not fix during the day and feel they should check the bikes over prior to dropping off. Also garbage drawer is already broken which again is a shame for a house only two years old roughly. This week we went down was packed with kids from High School which caused loud commotions and gathering outside of the place and but that was unfortunately a timing issue. Home was equipped with enough cooking supplies. Feel that they need to check the items as someone clearly burnt a spatchel on a pan and it was left there to still be used. Beds were very comfy and clean and the addition of hangers to used was a nice touch.

First off, the communication was excellent. Every time I reached out via text, the team responded immediately. We loved the house for many reasons. The location was so close to everything. The top floor deck was the adult hangout and perfect for getting away from the kids. The pool had sun all day long which would be a sole reason for renting the house again. We didn't realize or I didn't remember that we had to go to the main pool to get our parking passes. The lady there was awesome also. On Sundays they have a little "farmers" type market where you can buy meat for grilling, spices for cooking, clothing and all kinds of things. The public beaches are less crowded and we would suggest you try going that route as the Sea Crest beach was wall to wall people. But our stay was great and I would totally rent this house again. Kitchen was awesome!!!! And it has an ice maker.
