Guests can make use of the fitness center and a room service with ribs from Carson restaurant. Walking distance from myriads of restaurants.

Fiserv Forum houses Bucks basketball and many musical events. Marcus Performance of Art and Wisconsin Center features events, and many downtown venues and restaurants and the River Walk are just within walking distance. Exceptional Penthouse Condo in Deer District

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. The south and west facing city views from the enormous balcony are incredible, the location can't be beat especially if attending an event at the Fiserv Forum and the furnishings were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful Condo

This is a wonderful place that we would stay at again & again! The check-in process is a bit daunting, but it’s a very secure building. The condo itself is on the top floor, so you can see the entire Milwaukee skyline which is beautiful to wake up to. Our only complaint is that it was very warm - all the vents are located on the ceiling & were closed with no way to open them, so the AC ran a lot, but could never get it cooled below 74.

Luxury in the Heart of Milwaukee

Such a clean and luxurious stay in the heart of Milwaukee. Everything is within walking/ short drive. The views are amazing. Having a parking spot in the garage is a major plus aswell. No need to worry about where to park or anyone touching your car. Will definitely stay here again.

We’ve lived here ever since the Deer District was born! Original owner and seen the district flourish as the Fiserv Forum was built and began entertaining Team Bucks as well as entertainers from near and far!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Have some ribs at Carson’s downstairs after a nice glass of wine in the unit. Then simply walk over to the Forum for a date nite with the big cheer for the Milwaukee Bucks or some musical guests for an all night fun! A great view of the city, the river and a glimpse of the Lake Michigan.
