The outside area has a private and exclusive porch area a private fenced yard Plenty of space to store your bikes or kayaks. Enjoy the beautiful fenced in private yard with a grill table chairs, and umbrellas and a outdoor shower …all brand new 2023 ….not often found in Provincetown….your out of the hussle and bussle …and the yard makes a week in Provincetown a vaction to remember

Great location, smooth check in process, and quiet in the night. The last point is great because Ptown can become very touristy over the summer.

A great location within Provincetown. The unit was clean, very well designed, and graet for a couple. The bed was super comfy. The back yard was perfect. The out door shower was amazing. Location was good. Beach was very close and serene. Would love to visit again. The host was great.

This property is a Wow! Exceptionally clean, has all the amenities as listed, is located near Provincetown, and the bus shuttle is very close. Not least of all, Kevin is a responsive host who will answer your questions graciously. Wish I was coming back next week!

The unit was exactly as described and clean. The beach was a short walk across the street. We also enjoyed the private backyard area. I would stay here again.

The place was just as advertised - small, but quite cozy! The bed was comfy and it had everything we needed for a nice long weekend. The outdoor shower was fabulous - we never even used the indoor shower, but it looked good. The bathroom was clearly renovated recently and it was a very good size for a studio unit. The unit had a great P-town feel to it with Kevin's decorations.While we weren't on the beach, we could access it by walking through the Sandcastle parking lot. There was a beach cart in back to haul things over, if we wanted to. The unit was just a short drive to Herring Cove and Race Point beaches, which we prefer spending time at. It was closer to the No. Truro line than we realized when we booked it, but the free shuttle that ran frequently was just steps from the unit. We never had to drive into or park in town to enjoy all that P-town had to offer!

Beautiful quaint condo

Host was very attentive to all requests for information about property. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. A prefect stay for one or two person(s). Condo is very clean. All essentials needed were supplied. Thank you for a great stay.
