Unique Oceanfront Villa has three bedrooms. The perfect place to isolate from the world. Very private! Layout allows a family to occupy the upstairs 2BR/2BA, with grandparents or extended family downstairs in the 1BR/BA.
Upstairs is an elegantly furnished, two bedroom, two bath home with fully-equipped kitchen, dining room, and living room. Master has king-size bed and view of the ocean. Second bedroom has one twin trundle beds and a Queen sized bed (sleeps four). Each bedroom has its own private bath. Spacious new deck for eating and sunbathing.
The Downstairs one-bedroom unit has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Queen bed sleeper sofa sleeps four. Full ocean view and a few steps from the sandy beach.
Washer/dryer available to both units. Single-car garage for storage including chairs, umbrellas, and bikes available for renters use.
Beautiful wide beach closed to driving and five miles north of the National Canaveral Seashore Park. This villa is part of a group of ten villas that share a recently renovated tennis court and pool. Quiet, private, and secluded.

Our favorite vacation rental!
Our 4th year here and hopefully next year too! The views were amazing and the place had everything we needed. The beach is the best, clean, uncrowded, and got to see dolphins every day. I just cannot imagine spending our vacation anywhere else!

Winter Getaway
Sea Dunes is wonderful, so comfortable, relaxing, and restorative. The view and sound of the ocean, the long, flat beach, just steps from the door and nearness to great restaurants makes this place a gem.

Gem on the Atlantic
This is a beautiful and comfortable home just steps from the beach. The views of the ocean are spectacular from sunrise to sunset. A great location for beach walking, biking, birding, and relaxing with a good book!

Great location, very nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Couldn’t have asked for better.
The owner was communicative and straightforward. The beach was just down a short wooden walkway. The beach itself is broad and a great place for kids to play. We really appreciated the laundry facilities, too.

Great Family Vacation
This property was the only one with beach and stair access after Ian and we were thrilled!! It is lush and beautiful on the grounds. Having two separate spaces to live was great for a multi-family trip. Tom was so helpful and personable.

Wonderful Ocean Breeze
Everything we expected and more at this lovely beach home. Tom was very accommodating and the home was well stocked. The ocean view and breeze were exceptional. We recommend this for anyone that would like a relaxing, stress free vacation!

Home away from home
We had another great week! The owners went above and being to make sure we had a perfect week. The home includes everything you need so you can just relax and walk the few steps to the ocean!

Seaside Escape
Wonderful, relaxing retreat from our Cleveland winter. The home was charming and so comfortable with the hosts providing beach towels, chairs, and other great touches. The natural beauty of New Smyrna Beach and the view of the ocean made for a special vacation. Thanks!

Peaceful retreat
Highly recommend this property for a peaceful getaway to rest and relax. The beach in this area is beautiful, especially having it steps away from your door. The views of the full moon from the balcony were priceless. Tom the owner was very hospitable and the unit is well stocked with everything you need.

Peaceful time at the beach
Myself, spouse, 3 adult kids, one with spouse and 2 children spent 2 quiet and peaceful weeks at the beach; the unit with seperate quarters ,upper and lower worked well for our group, direct access to the beach and pool was only steps away, We have been coming to NSB for over 50 years and this unit met our growing family needs for both joint family time and separate time as needed; our host was responsive to any needs during our stay, will definately be back again,

Fantastic location for a Dream Vacation
We’ve been coming down to New Smyrna for over 30 years and this location has to be one of our favorites. The condo was very clean and came everything we needed for a relaxing and stress free vacation. I can’t thank Tom enough for answering all of our questions and being so accommodating. We’ll definitely be back.

Best vacation
This truly was our best vacation. The villa was absolutely perfect! It was stocked with the kitchen/bathroom basics. There were plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, tent, games, towels, appliances, coolers, grill, etc. The location was fantastic! Tom was great, very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions.

When we were younger, my wifes parents had a unit at Sea Dunes. We always said that if we could ever afford a second home, we would come back to Sea Dunes. In 1998 we were fortunate to purchase our home.
