Beautiful views from this very comfortable condo! Loved the bathrooms for each bedroom and kitchen was well stocked. Easy check in & great communication. Beds were comfy - we hope to stay here again in the future!

The property was just as described, beautiful and clean, comfortable too. The location is great and the beach was amazing. The host was very quick to respond with any question we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as advertised and we enjoyed our stay! Loved the short walk to the beach and the added benefit of 2 beach chairs and an umbrella! Very nice accommodation!

Bachelorette Trip

Amazing Stay!

Our family LOVED this condo, the location, the closeness to everything and the VIEW!! Beautifully furnished and with a well stocked kitchen. Leslie was so quick and kind to respond to all needs we had. We cant wait to come back next year.

Okaloosa Island Gem

We had a great time. This condo was beautiful inside & out. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The beach chairs & umbrella set up for each day we were there was very nice.

Beautiful condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo is very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is nicely equipped and included everything we needed. The furniture is nice (not cheap) and the beds are comfy. The view is amazing and you are steps away from the elevator and stairwell, beach and pool. I would definitely rent from this owner again!

Beautiful Spring Break

We enjoyed our week! The condo was perfect. It was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The appliances are updated and worked great. The beds were very comfortable, which is always a plus. I had no problem with booking and check-in was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this condo, and the beach on Okaloosa Island is always awesome.

2020 Okaloosa Island Thanksgiving

We really enjoyed this rental, it was a pleasant surprise how nice it was. We have stayed in other units and have several friends that also stayed in other units and this one is the cream of the crop. It is very nice and updated and nicely situated close to the stairs, elevator, and trash Shute. We will definitely use this condo again and highly recommend it to others.

Wonderful condo!

Amazing views from the second floor condo balcony. The condo was absolutely beautiful and clean! The owners were very easy to get in touch with and responded fast. No issues the entire stay and it was nice to have a set of beach chairs with an umbrella as an added bonus to the condo. The company that rents them were great and set out the chairs first thing every morning where we requested! Would definitely stay here in the future, you won’t be disappointed!

Enjoyed our stay!! Will be back!

We enjoyed our week stay at the Johnson's condo. Please note that the two beach chairs may not be available during the peak seasons unless you get to the beach first thing in the morning and then you are not guaranteed a seat in the front which caused some unhappiness with me because I have kids and it was difficult to see them in the water. Mrs Johnson is looking into this for future stays. Ms Jackie the housekeeper is amazing. She is always wanting to make sure any guests are happy. We will be staying here again.

I am happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our condo. The beach service at Island Princess is paid for through our HOA dues and any changes must be made through the association. I have verified through the owner of Coastal Beach Service, John Fitzgerald, that two chairs and an umbrella are GUARANTEED DAILY for each condo. Front row is not guaranteed and positioning is secured upon arrival to the beach. I am proposing to upgrade the service to the board in the upcoming meeting.

Great condo w awesome beach but small pool

Spacious 3 bedroom. Stayed w my wife and 5 kids - ages 20,18,15,13,10. Plenty of space. Comfortable beds, nice size rooms. Everything is updated. Bathrooms are gorgeous. Kitchen is really nice. Living area is large enough to seat all of us comfortably. Beach is nice and they allow tents which is a plus. 3 negatives 1- pool gets super crowded. imo it is too small for that many units. 2- location is great until you have to run to the grocery store or Walmart…then its 10 minutes there and 30+ minutes back due to constant traffic jam in Fort Walton beach.Same w restaurants. Overall a great bargain for a beautiful condo right on the beach

Excellent Experience

This fabulous 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit perfectly suited our needs. I was worried the 2nd floor wouldn't give us a great view but had no reason to be concerned. A sand dune topped with sea oats lies straight out from the balcony, giving us a bit of extra privacy, and we could still see the water and plenty of beach, so we knew what to expect when we headed out each day. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the balcony. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a staircase, elevator, and trash chute near the condo entrance; we did not experience any noise the entire week from them, and they were really convenient for us. (There is another elevator bank and staircase in the middle of the complex which I'm sure minimized the traffic on our end of the building.) The beach access was convenient and beach service folks were accommodating. In-condo laundry was so handy. And it is genius to have a dehumidifier in the condo - it made the air so comfortable. All in all, no complaints except that the week ended too quickly!

Both of our girls got head lice here, and they re

Owners are absolutely ridiculous. As soon as your card is charged they couldn't care less about you. Both of our little girls slept on the sleeper sofa and both got lice for the first time in their life. Of course when asked about it they said the everything had been bleached and cleaned top to bottom before we got there, which was also a lie because their was toys, boards, and a beach bag left in some of the closets from the last people there. TV in the living room also didn't work. Knobs constantly fall off the pantry and kitchen drawers, one of the closet doors is coming off the track, hot water doesn't stay on long enough to fill a tub halfway up, ceiling leaks in this unit and the one next to it (when maintaince was notified they looked at it for about 2 minutes and said let me know if it gets worse) and these people had the nerve to tell us we would not be getting our deposit back because they had to do excessive cleaning!!! Sure wish the would've done excessive cleaning before we got there maybe our little girls wouldn't have gotten lice. We did check out an hour late, however when the man came to clean he said it was absolutely no problem because he could see I was in the middle of vacuming and shaking the rugs out anyway, he said he would just grab a coffee and come back. He said he appreciated it because most people didn't even do that. So we swept up, emptied all trash, vacuumed, cleaned the tubs, made the beds, cleaned the counters and fridge, ran the dishwasher, even put the thermostat back where found it. Left it cleaner than when we got there. I get an email two days later saying they had to clean so long that it really costed them over what the deposit was so they would not be refunding me anything. They even took it a step further and two days later emailed me what it cost them to treat the condo for the lice! As if it was our responsability to treat the place for the lice they already had! We will never be staying here again or recomending this place to anyone, please spend your money elsewhere where owners will actually try to make your stay enjoyable and not rip you off like these people

This diatribe certainly requires a response. On the fourth night of his five-night stay, I got an email from this guest stating: "Well we've loved the room and our stay so far but we just found out that both of our girls have got head lice” At that point, he blamed the condo for the lice The CDC states that head lice are spread by direct contact with the hair of an infested person. Spread by contact with clothing or other personal items used by an infested person is uncommon. On check out day, I had housekeeping and a steam cleaning company scheduled to decontaminate the condo. The guests did not leave until two and a half hours after check out time and left the condo in poor shape. In addition to the cost of the deep cleaning, I was also charged extra fees from both cleaning companies because they were not able to access the condo at the scheduled time. The condo was decontaminated which included steam cleaning all of the furniture, rugs, and the mattresses and replacing pillows. The cost far exceeded the damage deposit it was not refunded. The guest was very upset that the damage deposit was retained and promised to retaliate, which is what he has done. His claims are ridiculous.
