Beautiful, comfortable property in a great Seattle location. We especially appreciated how centrally located it was to the University of Washington, Seattle Children’s Hospital, Lake Union, and many of the areas we wanted to explore. The property is thoughtfully designed, well maintained, and just as lovely as pictured. Communication was easy and responsive throughout our stay. A wonderful home base for exploring Seattle, and we would happily stay here again.

The property is exactly as advertised. It’s a fairly new townhouse, very clean and spacious . Kitchen had everything we needed. The roof deck is delightful. Easy communication, easy access, everything in working older. Lovely snack basket. Yes it’s on a busy road and there is a bit of noise but I’m pretty sensitive to noise and I thought it was fine. There is a white noise machine and earplugs if needed. Street parking easily available. I would recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at this gorgeous bnb. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the location was perfect. We were right off of the Burke Gilman trail and minutes from the UW campus. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

As others have said, this is a beautiful townhouse with everything you need. We enjoyed some of the games and were thankful for the snacks and kitchen items provided. Parking is very easy and it was close to University of Washington. The host was very responsive with an AC glitch we experienced. Five stars in every category!

The location is great for being close enough to the city, but being able to find parking when your ready to call it a day. My legs were stronger with the three flights of stairs. The house was equipped with almost everything you would need.

Location is just a few blocks away from Seattle Children's Hospital. We come down regularly and have stayed at this location twice now. Will look to rent again for next trip. Markets and shopping within close proximity along with the park right across the street. Everything is provided for a few nights stay. Host is great at communicating before, during and after.

Great location to UW and U Village

Great stay! Super clean and well stocked property. Excellent communication with the host throughout the stay. Would recommend for small families and definitely would stay again.

The property was just one block from Seattle Children's Hospital making it very convenient for appointments. There was a nice separation from the living room and bedrooms that allows for resting quietly.

Very comfortable home with a great kitchen and eating area. It has a lot of stairs, if that is an issue for you, but we didn't mind it. Also, it's on a busy street, but you don't hear the traffic noise much. We liked that there's a wonderful grocery store within an easy walk.

Perfect for a college visit

We enjoyed the convenient location as we visited Seattle to tour the University of Washington. The house was clean and the accommodations were comfortable for our family of5.
