Spacious, clean, all the essentials

Classic old townhome with all the charm and quirks! Parking right in front was always available. Note the tub and bathroom could use some updates, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Also the floors are slightly sloped throughout like many old homes; just a note for anyone with balance issues. Brian was very responsive with questions I had and you can’t beat the location. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a quiet, spacious place to stay in the area.

This is large, convenient property with a responsive host

Our family stayed at this property over a 5 day weekend. This host was great to work with, as we had to make a late cancellation on a different date and this host worked with VRBO and us to change the dates and make the travel still happen (even past the refund period). We really appreciated it. The host was onsite during check in, was warm & friendly, and provided bottled water and coffee. We really liked the layout of the property & location and that was our main reason for choosing it. As listed in some other reviews, this property is very old, and so yes, the floors are uneven and creaky, but that's the way it is. The beds were comfortable. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Always great

When Im in Buffalo, i always look to stay at Brian's place. Clean, huge, and accommodating. Great North Buffalo neighborhood and close to everything.

Loved the spot

Clean huge apartment with 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. Brian was very responsive and super helpful with our stay. Will 100% try to stay here again.

Amazing home and host

I am so grateful we found this wonderful property. The home was very comfortable and clean. The neighborhood was absolutely amazing and so close to everything in Buffalo. I cannot think of a more perfect location. The host Brian was very responsive and made our stay perfect. We will be coming back!

Very very old property shower was very difficult to manage. Floors are unevean which can be difficult to walk for some

Perfect location!

We had an amazing stay at Brian's property. The location is in the best neighborhood in downtown Buffalo. We were in walking distance to shops and restaurants, as well as less than 2 blocks from the Buffalo Zoo and Delaware park and the historic Darwin Martin House by Frank Lloyd Wright. Brian was an incredible host and very responsive to the few times we needed something specific. He was friendly and spent time chatting with us and getting to know us and gave us great restaurant suggestions. The check in process was simple and the apartment was exactly as described. There was plenty of comfortable furniture to sit and visit, as well as a big dining table for us all to eat at together. The sheets, bedding and towels were fresh and clean, the apartment was charming and the front porch was a great place to spend hours just sitting and enjoying the quiet neighborhood. All in all, I'd say it was the best vacation stay of the ones we've had over the last few years. We would definitely book again without hesitation.

The neighborhood is filled with beautiful old homes. Our host Brian was very helpful with anything we needed for our trip. Buffalo is a beautiful city with great people.

Lovely Historic Home in Great Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay at this home very much. The neighborhood was great- a block from the zoo and Jam. The owner was friendly. The beds were comfortable.

Nice home in great neighborhood

This apartment was perfect for our family, and is in a prime location in Parkside with easy access to Delaware Park and local Buffalo sites. Brian had great communication before our stay and a friendly welcome when we arrived. The apartment was set up nicely with fresh linens and coffee ready to brew. We would definitely stay again!

The perfect stay

This house was as advertised! Beautiful location, the neighborhood was amazing. A stones throw from the zoo. A great place to stay. Brian was very communicative and easy to reach. Check in and check out were smooth. I look forward to staying here again. I highly recommend this place.

Best service ever!

Had a great experience staying over at the apartment. The host Brian was really helpful throughout the process. The whole apartment was nice and clean. I was very pleased with all the services and hospitality by the host. In near future if I plan on coming to Buffalo I will select this once again
