Secluded cabin located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Georgia.— 5 MILES —above Alpine Helen. Chimney Shadows Cabin is named for Chimney Mountain that can be seen from the cabin's back porch during the winter months. This Log cabin has a secluded Hot Tub on a screened back porch and a gas log fireplace in the living area.

Enjoy the mountain Laurel in the Spring or the colorful foliage in the fall from the covered front porch rocking chairs. You may like visiting in the Winter in hopes of getting snowed in while being nice and cozy in front of your gas-log fireplace or you can enjoy the outdoor hot tub anytime of year. The Chattahoochee River is only 5 miles away and everyone knows to 'shoot the hooch' in the summer. Summer is also a great time to visit Unicoi State Park and Lake. Unicoi Lake and Anna Ruby Falls are only 1.5 to 2 miles from this cozy cabin.

Alpine Helen is the tourist hot spot here in the Mountains of North GA. Visit us in the fall for the worlds longest running Oktoberfest. Helen, GA is centrally located to Hiawasee, Blairsville, Dahlonega, Ellijay, Sautee Nacoochee, Lake Burton, Lake Vogel and Brasstown Bald, Georgia's highest Mountain. North GA is also known for it's Great Wines. Visit the Cottage, Three Sisters, Frog Town, Wolf Mountain, and Habersham Wineries, along the GA Wine Highway while in the area.

North Georgia also has abundant wildlife, many hiking trails, lakes, rivers, and waterfalls. My husband and I booked this cabin for our 7th year wedding anniversary. The cabin was everything we thought it would be and more. It was immaculate, it was secluded, and it was beautiful. The hot tub was amazing. We had a lovely time. The owner was very responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We will definitely be returning.

A nice cozy cabin close to Helen Georgia which is a very cool town to visit the reason for our trip. The cabin was very comfortable easy to get to. Enjoyed having morning coffee on the back porch. If you're heading to North Georgia Mountains and planning on a day in Helen this cabin is a very nice place to stay it's off the beaten path nice and quiet with lots of trees.

Enjoyed our stay at the property very much. There were two conflicting check-in/check-out times (yours vs the host's I guess) that you might want to reconcile.

We absolutely loved everything about this cabin! Its in a great location. Far enough out to get some quality alone time and close enough to enjoy the city. It was very clean and organized, bed was very comfortable, we could have lived in the hot tub and the host was beyond amazing. We will definitely be coming back and I would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Host was very helpful and check-in easy. It’s in a great location. I would want people to know that the dirt road leading in has very large potholes. We really enjoyed soaking in the huge tub! However you must get into the tub prior to showering as well. My short legs had difficulty climbing inside the tub but once i got there it was very relaxing. I would recommend the upstairs bedroom for children only due to low ceiling and steep climb to the top. More seasoned people might have difficulty.

This cabin was just what we needed for our mother daughter trip. This was so cozy. It’s felt secluded and close to area attractions all at the same time. The hot tub was a bonus at the end of the day and the rain on the tin roof was magical!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. We love that it was so close to everything Anna Ruby, Falls, Helen, Georgia, and yet was quiet and secluded. Place was clean and offered everything we needed.

This is the perfect place for a weekend getaway to the North GA mountains for my husband and I. Everything was as advertised and the hot tub was WONDERFUL! Great location...close to downtown Helen and Unicoi State park; secluded for privacy when there. Would definitely stay here again!
