Enjoy our in-home entertainment including our 75”smart TV’ in the living area, 65" smart TV in the Master bedroom and 55” Smart TV in the third bedroom. Our home is located in a gated community where you feel safe and secure. Our home is perfect for family get togethers, girls trips, or a relaxing gulf stay. We are close to a variety of adult and children’s attractions. Walk to the beach, enjoy our on-site community pool, the charcoal grill, or cooking in our stocked luxury kitchen.
Conveniently located to the beach, dining, casinos, outlet shopping, the aquarium, children’s museum, the convention center, and Jones Park. Ship excursion’s are nearby too! Guest occupancy may not exceed 8 guests at all times. This policy is strictly enforced to ensure compliance of safety codes. When counting guest’s, please includes all adults, children, and infants. Smoking is not allowed in our home. A $500 fine will be imposed to guests who violate this policy. If smoking on the front porch, or in our patio area, please shut the door so smoke does not linger inside the home. No parties are allowed. Our community has a noise ordinance with quite hours between 10pm-7am. Guests who violate the policy will be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued for violations to house rules. No pets are allowed.
