Not to mention the local architecture! Spanish tile roofs, modern masterpieces, plus lemon and avocado groves, vineyards, ranches, polo fields and orchid farms— It’s why we’re in awe of this part of the world and can’t believe there’s a place so stunningly beautiful, so connected to the earth, so filled with warm, friendly people.

There are many properties available in the Montecito Santa Barbara / Central Coast region — but it’s very hard to find something with stunning ocean views that’s truly private. Beach houses and homes near the beach are typically close to many neighbors, close to frequent train noise and constant loud freeway sounds. Staying on this property, you are just high enough above that, you only hear the sounds of nature, and only see breathtaking ocean and mountain views, in every direction you turn. It’s 2 1/2 acres surrounded by large estates, so the feeling of privacy can not be under stated.

Everything on this property is new. The furniture, towels, linens, kitchen, buildout, the stone terraces and outdoor pool have been completely redone in the last six months. No expense has been spared, no corners, cut. Extreme attention to detail and investment in high-end materials and construction / furniture was a top priority for us, which makes your stay that much more comfortable.
