Enjoy all Soulard has to offer in the 2 bed/2 bath condo right down the street from Anheuser-Busch Brewery. Quiet street with quick interstate access. This condo is located right across from a small, open park so street parking is typically plentiful. Beautiful landscaping! Walk to the brewery, restaurants, and bars! The famous Big Daddy’s Bar and Grill is just a 6min walk. A short Uber ride will get you to Busch Stadium (Cardinals), Enterprise Center (Blues), and Centene Stadium (STL City SC). Second floor condo in this beautiful, historic building set on a peaceful street, private outdoor patio to relax on, as well as an outdoor lawn area for guests to hang out in. Keypad access gets you into the home. Living room offers a 55” Roku Smart TV. The entire unit is about 1100sqft, but still feels cozy. Kitchen, living room, and full bath are on the first floor. Upstairs has BR1 (King), BR2 (2 Queens), full bath, and full laundry set up. High Speed Wifi for streaming. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, stocked bathrooms, and fresh linens and towels!

Soulard Gem

Wonderful weekend in very cute condo in Soulard, in a super location with good street parking and walking distance to fun bars, close to the A-B brewery. Loved hanging out in the comfy accommodations!

Absolutely love

A beautiful little place but huge on the inside. Very clean and cozy. Very safe neighborhood. The host was amazing and quick to respond. We will definitely stay again. Also the beds are so comfortable I’ve never slept so good.

Nice stay in STL

We had a nice stay in Saint Louis - the condo is conveniently located near many things such as the brewery, zoo and arch. Had a little confusion on check-in, but the owner was quick to respond and we got things figured out.

Great cozy condo and close to the Arch and downtown St. Louis. Big Daddy’s is a local bar and grill. Great food, great atmosphere.

Our St Louis Adventure

My husband, I our son and his wife and their baby all stayed for 2 nights to go to the zoo. We had a wonderful visit and the place was great. A lot of stairs but all in all it was very nice. Plenty of room and beds where good. We would do again for sure! Thank you

Great location

The condo was exactly as described in VRBO. The owners were easy to deal with and quickly answered any questions or concerns we had. The stairs might be a problem with someone with mobility issues. Great location and easy to get to places downtown or anywhere actually.

Great location. Host was available when we had questions. Something to note: there are a lot of stairs since it’s in the second floor of the building and then more stairs inside the house up to the bedroom. You will get your steps in! Great that it had 2 full baths which are hard to find .

Great location

Quiet and safe neighborhood within a 10-15 minute drive to all of the hot spots for families to visit in St.Louis (zoo, arch, union station, etc.). Many bars, restaurants, and the Anheiser Busch tour are all within walkable distance.

Very nice

Nice location, plenty of parking on street, comfortable beds, 2 full baths (must for me) quite neighborhood. 5 stars but I give honest reviews and if there was one complaint I would say it’s the step slick stairs to upstairs bedrooms.

Soulard condo is wonderful. Accommodations cannot be beat. Great location, safe and walkable neighborhood. Hosts have done a terrific job in preserving and improving the property. We highly recommend the Soulard condo.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It is very spacious and comfortable. We loved being within walking distance to many restaurants. Very nice neighborhood where we took several long walks. We hope to come back again soon!

Disappointed

The neighborhood is lovely as was this unique property. However, the unit did not really live up to the description nor the other reviews that we read. In particular, the condo was not cleaned well. The kitchen was a mess with sticky, dirty counters and dirty appliances. When we went to make coffee, there was barely any left in the container (unlike the lovely coffee bar that was pictured in the listing) and the coffee pot had not been cleaned from the previous users. The dishwasher was full of dishes (not sure if they were clean). We searched but found no kitchen towels. A used sponge was all that was available for washing dishes. Upstairs was a similar story. Bathroom garbage cans had not been emptied. Bedspreads were very thin as were pillows. We grabbed an extra throw blanket from the couch to use upstairs due to a lack of blankets. We looked for extra pillows for the master bedroom and found two small pillows in a closet but no extra pillowcases so we could not use them. In all, though the neighborhood was nice as was the apartment, the space could really benefit a real once-over to clean and provide more basics for a comfortable stay. We were disappointed that when we asked the owners if they would be willing to waive or reduce the cleaning fee, they said they could not do so but would pass on our concerns to the cleaning crew. Sadly, that did not help us given that we had to live in the mess left behind.

Great location

The place is in a great location and was perfect for two couples. Make sure stairs aren't a problem for anyone in your group as there are some to climb both outside and inside the property. Overall, good experience!

Presidents’ Day weekend

We had a great stay! The property was as described and close to everything we wanted to do. We traveled with 2 adults and 3 kids ages 12, 10 and 8 and lots of space for everyone. Kitchen has everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive. Thanks for a wonderful visit!
