Great choice for our Seattle visit!

Loved everything about this property! If there was one downside it would be that it’s on a busy, noisy street. Other than that, it is such a lovely place and it was perfect for our family! I would definitely stay here again. Our hosts were great as well.

Fantastic Place!

Gorgeous home with everything you'd possibly need! Great location that's walkable and took us only 10 to get to other areas via rideshare. We booked this home on short notice and Eva/Sid were super responsive and helpful for anything we needed. Highly recommend and we will be back.

Beautiful home away from home in a great location!

This home is located in a really beautiful neighborhood that is very walkable. It has been tastefully restored, keeping a lot of the original charm and details, but with modern amenities and comforts. We were not able to manage the parking with our midsized suv rental (as noted in the property details, it’s tight!), but parking in the neighborhood was very easy, and we felt safe walking to and from our car. We also found the beds to be very comfortable and slept really well!

A Gem

This home exceeded our expectations. The home’s description on the website was accurate. Although situated on a busy street, we were not bothered by street noise. The home was very clean, the kitchen well appointed and well stocked and the lovely backyard was a beautiful bonus! Our rental car was too large for the driveway but nightly we were able to find off street parking nearby. The surrounding neighborhoods were very walkable, quiet and beautiful. We will definitely stay again!

Excellent Capitol Hill home to rent for a few days with our small dog. Very centrally located to venture out in every direction. A totally outfitted kitchen (Viking stove) with every utensil you'll need, generously supplied. Maybe the best VRBO kitchen we've seen. Four glass dining room doors open onto the deck and provide lots of natural light into the house and a view of the garden. Our small dog explored the backyard for hours. Secure perimeter so you don't have to worry about the dog getting out. Hosts were great communicators and the house was super clean, which is a big deal for us. Everything was easy. As others have said, the driveway is tricky but fine for our car (A4) which fit in the carport easily. We'd definitely stay again!
