Perfect place to stay. Great host and great location and place to stay. Beds were super comfortable and place was clean and extreme well appointed with everything we needed.

Great place has everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, sand toys, masks and snorkels. Kitchen is well stocked for large groups. Everything was very comfortable. We had 12 and had plenty of room. House is very spacious.

Beach view, location and access is Amazing! House is very comfortable and has all the amenities you will need for your vaca. Sitting out on the back deck was so relaxing and theres plenty of room, it expands the entire length of the home. The elevator and garage are so useful and Wonderful to have. The host Andree is Great, always available and responded quickly with any questions we had at any time. Highly recommend and we will for sure be back.

We loved staying at this beachside house. It was so convenient for our family with small children because of its direct access to the beach. The views were unmatched by any place that we’ve ever stayed, and the house was equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our kids loved using the provided toys, and we appreciated the fully-outfitted kitchen. We recommend this location 100%.

Definitely a 10. We had a great time. The only problem was Tropical Storm Bertha. The house is huge and very clean. Everything we needed was provided. The host was great and easy to work with and readily accessible. The best part of the house is its location. It was absolutely amazing to be that close to the beach. It has a completely unobstructed view. All we had to do was walk down the walkway and our feet were in sand. Even though we weren’t able to be in the water as much as we wanted, it was still great just to be able to sit on the patio and look at the beach anything blocking our view.

Great place on Pensacola Beach!

This place is really nice easy to find, and accessible. I stayed there with family which was a total of 11 people and all of the furnishings and kitchen set up was perfect. We ate most of our meals there, and being able to walk out to the beach was so nice. I would definitely recommend it as a great place to stay for a family.

The beaches were beautiful, we had beautiful weather. Loved the easy access from the house directly to the beach. The owner was very accommodating. Would highly recommend this home and the location!! we will return!!

Dolphin Pass

This beach house is absolutely beautiful and very functional. It’s right on the beach with easy beach access. The beach was relatively uncrowded even on Memorial Day weekend. The owner was extremely attentive and helpful.

The property was perfectly located near the beach where my handicapped husband could watch the kids swim from the large windows or out on the deck and still feel included. The house was beautiful and stocked with so many things that made our stay more enjoyable. The owner was excellent to communicate with and was fine with texting if we had any questions. I would definitely choose this place again!

It doesn’t get any better. House is just like it is listed and is absolutely amazing. Kitchen has everything you need and then some. Beds are great. Huge deck with amazing views. Beach is right there. Can’t wait to go back.

Excellent stay in Pensacola Beach

Our family had a great time for our week here. The house was perfect for kids and grandparents, complete with bunk beds, toys and games, and an elevator for grandma. The kitchen is huge and well stocked for cooking. Everything was clean, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to staying here again!
