Hastings on Hickory is a 4,300-square-foot, custom-built lake home located in a cove with deep water and amazing panoramic views of the main channel and of the mountains.

The gourmet kitchen with granite countertops plus seating at the dining table and the kitchen island is located on the main level. The laundry room, the living room, the sunroom, a half bath, and a primary suite are also on the main level.

Located on the lower level is a full bar with French doors leading out to two stone verandas and a gorgeous outdoor stone fireplace. A primary suite with a sitting area, a guest bedroom, and a half bath are also on the lower level.

The upper level offers two guest bedrooms that share a bath. There is a Wii, books, board games, and movies for easy entertainment. The large deck facing the lake can be accessed from the main level of this home. You’ll also love the outdoor shower, full-size dock with floater, and boat slip!

THINGS TO KNOW
Max occupancy is eight people over the age of two years old (county and state law).
The indoor fireplace is not for guest use. However, guests may use the outdoor fireplace.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.

Dock details: Limit 1 boat can be docked during stay.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
