Great Property in Lexington

Great property with plenty of room (roomier than expected). Easy communication process and easy check-in. Perfect for our family of four over an extended weekend.

Loved Lexington

This was our first trip to Lexington. We enjoyed the condo’s spaciousness and cleanliness. The location was very close to the U of K campus as well as the other locations we wanted to visit. Perhaps because we were there between the regular school year and summer school, it was very quiet in the little condo community as well as on campus. Parking was easy, which I always appreciate. Communication with the property owner was easy and fast since I always have questions about accessibility. We had a great short but very comfortable stay.

Enjoyable Stay

Our family was in town to visit one of our kids at UK and to visit Keeneland. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and found both the house and manager to be fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!!

Home Away From Home — Close to Everything!

We loved staying at this perfectly located home that made us feel cozy and at-home. This beautiful home with very comfy beds has every amenity you need without having to stock from scratch. Thank you for such a lovely spot to enjoy — close to all the good restaurants, shopping, and conveniences!

The condo was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Jennifer was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Great location to UK campus. Looking forward to staying here again on our next visit!

Townhome near UK campus

If needing to be near UK campus or walk to Kroger Field this is a great location. Located in a quiet community. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked.

Myself, husband, and a teenage son stayed here for 5 nights while visiting our UK student. Great location, cute townhouse. Owner very responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and comfy

Such a great spot to stay. Quiet, clean and cozy. We stayed with another couple and enjoyed our own bathrooms and spaces. Was able to do laundry as well. Which was nice after Railbird. Will def book again next year!!

Great Place

The location to the UK football field was perfect! Close walk to downtown Lexington as well. The property was extremely clean and seemed newly updated. Everything we needed was included. Highly recommend this place if staying in the Lexington area.
