It was very nice, great view. A few issues getting the key to get in. Waited at the office for 45 minutes waiting for a response.

Great Location

Location was wonderful with a more family oriented atmosphere. Beach was not overcrowded.

Good stay

Had a great time, everything was as described. Basic kitchen needs stocked. Enough room and space for everyone. Would recommend

Average condo with a nice view.

The condo had a nice view and was very close to the ocean. The check in process with Vacasa was terrible and took almost 2 hours. We were on hold for 1.5 hours without talking to a single person. We had to search forums to find someone to help. There is black all over the master bathroom vent and the surrounding wall. It was also on the air filter before we changed it out. The towel bar in the master bath had fallen off of the wall. The local Vacasa office was told about the towel bar but did nothing so after a couple of days I had to go to the store and purchase parts to fix it.

Terrible Service

We had a terrible time at this condo. From lack of service to provide correct internet login, and pool access fobs that were never received to large roaches. We will never stay here or use Vacasa again. None of our issues were rectified druing our visit.

Beds were hard, not comfortable at all.

Original booking was canceled. Something to do with owner canceling contract with Vacasa. This was what they offered and said it was all they had. Location was the best part (at the beach) can’t say I was too impressed with anything else about the property. Information was confusing-one page saying to strip the beds the other saying leave sheets on-having to get the key at office before checkin and drop key back off wasn’t real convenient. Should definitely consider a keypad or leaving the key in the lockbox at the location. Only 2 parking passes?? Everyone drives these days! Beds were not comfortable at all. Definitely needs to be updated. Sister got a nail in her tire in the parking lot. Overall not impressed

Do not recommend

In regards to the unit it was not cleaned properly. The entry way to front door was not cleaned beach items not but away, piles of sand. Unto smelled of musty basement when you walked in. Mold on air vents and dust was black on vents, one shower had mold/mildew all around door, furniture and walls dusty, kitchen wall had dried food stains, chip bags under couch with crumbs and dirt. I cleaned some of these items the first night of stay. The BIg thing was the VERY LARGE bug that shorten are stay. The local reality company manger handle very poorly, ( the bug. Issue)
