This place is in the perfect location. It is as listed recently renovated. The hosts are great and will make this our spot any time we come back to Crystal River/ Homosassa Springs.

We love this little town. The accommodations were so close to all the activities we had planned. Fishing, boating, kayaking and just relaxing.

Unfortunately we were in town for a funeral, but the house was perfect to host our family afterward to make new memories. Everyone had a great time. We enjoyed the game room immensely. Thank you for everything.

My family truly enjoyed our stay here! The house was immaculate and had all the amenities that helped to make our stay fantastic! The ping pong table was a fantastic addition for our active kids!

This was a perfect place to spend time as a family.beautiful house, comfortable beds , fun games for the kids. We spent the days swimming with Manatee.

Family fun with all the comforts of home.

Beautiful, comfortable, and clean house. Excellent location to the springs, and water activities (like swimming with manteees) local food store 3mins away. Asami (home owner) great communication and wonderful restaurant recommendations. My family can’t wait to visit again next year ☀️🌸💗🌲

The property was beautiful, and it was just as described online. The hosts were communicative and polite. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property if you were in the Crystal River area!

A great house to relax for our scalloping weekend!

The kids loved the game room and it allowed us to spend time together away from the TV which we all really appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and listing was accurate. Thank you!

The Manatee House has it all!!

The property managers are amazing and really kind. They went out of their way for us. The property is gorgeous and so clean. The home is located close to everything and we were able to have a great getaway as a family in complete comfort and ease. Everything you need is here - it will not disappoint! Crystal Springs is such a fun town and we were able to go see manatees and enjoy all the town has to offer. We will be back, and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Perfect!

Great place in Crystal River!

Asami and Alex’s place in Crystal River is more than we expected. The home was very neat and tidy and provided all the amenities and more. The home is very spacious and everything was new and in working order. We had a wonderful family time in Crystal River. It was close to everything - restaurants, stores, and local attractions. It was nice to go to such a very nice place to relax at the end of our long days. The beds are all super comfy with lots of sheets, blankets, and pillows. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. The hosts are very responsive and provided a nice binder of recommendations. Checkin was a breeze. Plenty of parking. We enjoyed the game room and played ping pong, and we had fun with the selfie wall for pictures we took at the end of our family trip. We highly recommend Asami and Alex’s wonderful place in Crystal River.

No refrigerator for 5 days

The refrigerator died Monday and was not fixed before our department friday.The owner stopped communicating and allowed someone in the house without our knowledge to plug in the broken hazardous fridge. We still have no refund. Horrible experience. No property manager. I had to meet repairman.

We arranged for a replacement to be delivered the following day, but we respected your decision to decline the offer. Unfortunately, this resulted in an extended period without a refrigerator, despite multiple opportunities to resolve the issue. It was never our intention for you to face such discomfort. We take all feedback seriously and continuously strive to improve our service. While this was an unfortunate situation, we see it as an opportunity for growth. We stayed at this house for one night with our dog and truly enjoyed our stay. The house was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. Everything was comfortable and well-maintained. The hosts were wonderful and made us feel very welcome. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. Thank you!

Wonderful stay!

Our experience with this property was excellent from beginning to end. The property was just as described and perfect for my husband and our adult children. I communicated with the property owners on several occasions and received quick responses. Asami checked in with us after we arrived to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. We love Crystal River and will definitely stay again when in the area.
