We went over to Crystal River as a group of ladies to relax and play cards. The house and property was beautiful and very clean. Everything was first class the beds and sheets were wonderful and the kitchen was well stocked with every appliance that you would need. In the area there was so much to do. The backyard was spacious and beautiful and it was just a few minutes to get to the gulf.Catherine was so good about getting back to us with questions.

Our group of 8 had such a wonderful stay! Our host was excellent with communication, incredibly friendly, and made everything so easy. The house was beautifully decorated with the perfect coastal feel, and the waterfront location was fantastic. We had two boats with us and had plenty of room inside and outside. Being so close to the Gulf and several springs (Three Sisters, King Springs, Hunter Springs) made it easy to head out scalloping, come back to the Spring run to cool off, then hit a nearby waterfront bar & grille. The location, the home and the overall experience were absolutely wonderful. We would definitely stay here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the River House. The house is very clean, very comfortable, and has all of the amenities of home. Our trip was for scalloping, so prices are higher everywhere at that time, but it was worth it for the convenience and comfort. The boat dock is perfect for a "jump in and run over to the springs," or to head out scalloping for the afternoon. Even at low tide we had no problem navigating the canal with our 23 foot center console. And while we were waiting out some monsoon storms, the living room became a master game-playing spot for the group. Loved it! Can't wait until next year!

This Home is amazing. If you have a baby they have a high chair, pack and play, stroller. They have kids and adults games. They are very accommodating to every family type there is. The host was Amazing. Our kids (6, & 8 year old grand children loved the bunk room and the whole house. Quoting my granddaughter (This is the life)

Property was very clean and matched pictures. Host quickly responded to resolve a small issue upon check in.Although we did not use hot tub it was clean and ready for use.Floating dock was great. We were there during full moon tides and canal had plenty of depth during extreme low tides. There is power and water available at dock which was great to keep boat rinsed off and charged. Welcome basket was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again!!

We had such a wonderful time at The River House! The property was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. It felt very spacious and the hot tub was such a fun addition for our group to enjoy, as it did get cold when we visited in January! Crystal River is such a beautiful area with so many activities, we did a kayak tour and swam with manatees! This would be a perfect rental for families or friend groups, and we hope to visit again in the summer for scalloping season.

Cathrine was extremely communicative, which is fantastic! The house was just as she described. We loved that it was open, inviting and updated. It was the perfect headquarters for our manatee excursion from Pete's Pier.

Had a great time at the rental, the layout really utilized the space well. Kids room was a blast, our son loved all of the bunk beds and gaming chairs. Wife and mother in law loved the new spa on the spacious porch, and it was handy having the 2nd fridge for out adult beverages. Will definitely book again the next time we are in the Crystal River area for a fishing trip.

This was truly one of the most fantastic properties I have ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, it was clear how much care, thought, and pride went into every detail of this home. The space was impeccably clean, beautifully maintained, and incredibly welcoming—comfortable without sacrificing style.The location was perfect, offering both convenience and a sense of escape, and the property itself had everything we could possibly need to relax and enjoy our time together. It felt like a home, not just a place to stay, which made the experience that much more special.This stay exceeded every expectation and created memories we will cherish for a long time. I cannot recommend this property highly enough and would absolutely stay here again without hesitation.

The River House was fantastic and more than we hoped for! Cathrine was probably the most responsive host I’ve had and made sure everything was in order. The outdoor space was larger than we realized from the photos and the hot tub was excellent! Location for fishing or going to the springs is hard to beat!For those wanting to bring a boat, the boat dock is floating which is super helpful and I was able to leave my boat at the dock the entire week. If the tide got close to 0 feet at lowest there would be about 5-6” of water at the docks edge and it’s plenty of water for a small 16” boat empty. Mud bottom so it just barely sits in it. I have an 8” draft. With that being said don’t plan on going in or out during the absolute lowest tide (around 0 feet). That was never an issue for us. Hope that helps someone out
