The property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beach, restaurants and shopping was nearby. I was there recovering from a brain surgery at the Mayo Clinic, I needed an extra day and was accommodated.

Perfect for my family

Repeat customer and we loved it just as much as our first time. The kitchen and backyard are the highlight’s especially with small children. The fence around the pool gave me extra security for the little ones. Great location! We will definitely return

Wonderful comfortable home (with a pool) in a great location

This was our second stay in this relatively new property located a few short, walkable blocks from the beach. The home is well appointed with everything needed to make a beach stay comfortable and fun, including lots of beach chairs/umbrellas. The bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. The management company is first rate and very responsive to all needs and requests. Check in and out was very easy. Highly recommended and we will certainly try to stay here on our trips to Jax Beach.

This place was absolutely amazing! The location was incredibly convenient—everything we wanted to see and do was just a short drive away. The backyard and pool area were the highlight—spacious, private, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. The house itself was spotless and very well-maintained, with no complaints. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it!

Luxury with a chill vibe

We enjoyed our stay! If you’re looking for a luxurious place with fun beach vibes Surf Lux is it! Every detail has been thought through to make guests feel relaxed and comfortable. The location is prime for all things JAX beach. Highly recommend for friends get away or family vacation. The check in and check out process was super easy too.

Family Gathering

Truly a wonderful place to stay. Very much enjoyed the proximity to the ocean, while also using the pool for rest and relaxation. The house is very well cared for, and it shows.

Family Vacation

We loved our stay! The property was very clean, convenient to the beach and things to do. The backyard is extremely nice and where we spent the most of our time. The house was also equipped with most anything you would need. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location and property

Great stay at this property. The outdoor area was very large, the heated pool the perfect temperature, and the kitchen size great for a group. Mike was very communicative and Jacob was amazing, ensuring we had what we needed and giving us recommendations on restaurants in the area. Definitely recommend this property!

Awesome House!

This place was amazing! The pool and outdoor living space was the groups favorite, but my favorite part was how comfortable the beds were!! Would recommend to anyone going to Jacksonville! Super close to the beach and plenty of beach chairs/umbrellas!

Amazing Vacation Stay

We just stayed at Surf Luxe and it did not disappoint. This is the cleanest rental home I’ve ever stayed at. Everything was in immaculate condition. We had an issue with getting the drip coffee side on the Keurig to work and they brought over a new coffee maker in the next couple of hours. Yvonne was always extremely fast and receptive when emailing back when I had any questions. We will definitely be back here for our next Jax trip!

Golf trip

The location was perfect. Outside spaces were private, comfortable and inviting for evening cocktails and entertainment. Pool was perfect temperature. All rooms were well decorated and very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay at Surf Luxe! We were so comfortable there, we had everything we needed to feel right at home. We loved being able to walk to the beach, and the neighborhood is great. Communication was excellent, immediately responsive, and they even helped me find where I can buy a couch like the one in the house. :) We live locally, but will definitely be back to stay at Surf Luxe!

20th Wedding Anniversary vacay!!

This house exceeded our expectations! It was so clean and the attention to detail was impeccable. The pool was lovely, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was so well stocked, putting green was a plus and my husband had his Tigerwood’s moment. We would love to make this a yearly vacation for us. Can’t wait to stay again!

Amazing Place

This is the second time staying in this house and we love it! It is perfect for families with kids. It was a huge benefit to have the gate put up around the pool so the small kids can go out with less worry. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. Great beach chairs and wagon available too! They had a mist system that sprayed for mosquitoes and that made a huge difference in the back yard!

A+ Rental

Wow! This home far exceeded our expectations ! Beautifully and uniquely furnished and so very comfortable for our stay. The home is fully stocked with everything you might need. The location is perfect - close to our kids, restaurants, shopping. And the backyard was top notch. I’m only sad that it rained several of the days we were there and we couldn’t enjoy it more!

The Players

Our trip was absolutely wonderful! We can down to attend The Players and enjoyed a few extra days. The house was perfect! Had all the amenities anyone could think of! The beds were amazing and we loved the outside living area and pool! We couldn’t ask for a better place!

Beautiful home, close to the beach.

We had six people staying at this house but truly can fit 10. There are four bedrooms and also an air mattress that someone could sleep on. You walk into this home. It’s one level, absolutely beautiful open concept, huge sliding doors that go out to an incredible backyard with a putting green and a saltwater pool. Walking distance from restaurants and the beach. I will say, there are no games and no books if you are interested in that.

Spring Break 2024

We had an absolutely wonderful experience! House was beautiful inside and out! We loved the heated pool! Everything was already in the house! Absolutely just wonderful! Owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with! Thanks for a wonderful spring break!
