This property was so nice! Very clean, all the amenities, great location. The host was so nice and responded quickly. Check in was super easy. Close to market and market square.

Great place to stay. Super close to UT, 8 minutes to the aquatics center. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Huge kitchen. Overall excellent experience. We loved it and would absolutely stay again next time we are in town!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We stayed here because of the close proximity to the Bassmaster Classic that we attended.

Beautiful house that was close to campus. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds were comfortable. Very clean and owners were responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Julie’s home in west Knoxville provides a good space for up to 6 persons comfortably! It “feels like” a recently renovated space and lacks all the “clutter “ which we appreciate! Our master bed was comfortable,with plenty of pillows and extra linens. The neighborhood is beautiful and I appreciated being able to walk alone each morning , feeling safe and away from any busy traffic! We arrived when it was dark,surprised to find the driveway covered with crabapples-this made for precarious walking in/out of the house! The house does smell musty-not sure where it originates….Also, the front porch was unswept-given this is a treed area, it gives an “unkempt “ impression we did not see until the next day. Julie is an excellent communicator and there is a house binder with reminders and other information guests will need.

Wonderful stay

This is a beautifully remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. We stayed here for a wedding weekend, and it was perfect for our family. I highly recommend this property.

Cute, very clean house. While not walkable to UTK campus, it was a very close drive (even on game day) in a quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.
