Relax with friends or family at The Grand, adored with gracious architecture and luxurious amenities including an onsite fitness center, underground parking, swimming pool and jacuzzi. This condo has a rare, oversized terrace with an abundance of space to take in relaxing tranquil views of the Grand Courtyard and the Choctawhatchee Bay. For larger groups, this one-bedroom #2318 may be rented along with the neighboring studio #2316 which, when combined, sleeps up to 8 and offers 2 bathrooms.

We invite you to explore amenities that make Sandestin special. Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort features more than 7 miles of beaches and pristine bay front, four championship golf courses, 15 world-class tennis courts, a 226-slip marina, a fitness center, spa and celebrity chef dining. Shop, dine and play at the charming pedestrian area of The Village of Baytowne Wharf and more. Inside the gates of the resort, residents enjoy the 2,400 acres from the beach to the bay. Everything within the gates of the resort is accessible by walking or bicycle. The entire resort is interconnected by miles of pedestrian or bike and paths that weave through groves of live oaks, meandering past natural lagoons, fountains, man-made lakes, and meticulously landscaped fairways.

Primary renter must be at least 18 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

Walk to the Wharf for dinner, entertainment and shopping. For beach lovers, the complimentary tram will take you straight to entrance of our world famous, white sandy beach! The Grand Sandestin also offers underground parking for one car per reservation (NO oversized vehicles) and an open network for Wi-Fi.

Getting around the neighborhood is a breeze! The Village of Baytowne Wharf is a hop, skip, and a jump away: less than a quarter of a mile! Village activities include Adventure Land Playground (a safe and entertaining place for kids to play morning through evening); Baytowne Adventure Zone (sporting ziplines, ropes courses, and more!); Baytowne Carousel (bringing smiles to all age groups); Blast Arcade & Laser Maze (exciting, fun-filled family entertainment); Cloak & Dagger Escape Room (high tech rooms and great stories – 7 days a week).

Parking:

Avoid delays by activating a registration process before you arrive! In order to take advantage of this complex’s underground parking, guests will, prior to their arrival, need to register for a parking QR code. While 30a Seascapes will pay for this registration process, guests need to sign up and activate it. No oversized vehicles will fit in the underground parking.

Assure that 30a Seascapes has your most up-to-date, reliable email address. On the day of your check-in, we will email you a registration. The QR code provided opens the garage gate. Guest is granted one parking pass (for one car per reservation); this pass can be retrieved from the Welcome Center front gate.

Once you arrive at the resort, please retrieve a parking pass from security at gate. This pass needs to be visible on your vehicle’s dashboard for the entirety of your stay. Vehicles with no pass displayed will be tagged until owner pays a $100 fine to remove the tire tag (similar to a "boot").

If guest requires additional parking, remaining cars may be parked in the Inspiration overflow lot, which can be found at the corner of Baytowne Avenue and Inspiration Way.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

New Years Eve Property floor was in repair

The property was in repair from some sort of water leak that occurred in the hallway as well as into the room we were to stay in. All of the trim had been torn off and removed for repair. There was a hole in between the trim where you could see inside the room. Also upon entering the room, the security latch had been ripped off and was laying in the floor. We did not feel safe to stay when you could see us in the room from the main hallway. When I contacted the property manager he was very rude and condescending. I assume he thought we were trying to scam him. After some back and forth comments he did state he was refunding our stay. He did message back this morning half apologizing that he was sorry “I didn’t find the property acceptable” like it would ever be acceptable to stay in a room where people can look into your room from the hallway. The inside of the room was clean and neat except for the damaged security latch and the piece of wood it was attached to on the floor. The trim to the bathroom was pulled off and in the process of repair so the leak did come into his room. This was our first experience with VRBO. I hope that not all of the property managers are so rude to those paying a lot of money on a holiday and then trying to find somewhere else to stay at 5pm on New Years Eve. We were a simple inconvenience to him and he wanted to argue with me. According to him “I made history tonight” for canceling a stay for “the outside of a room” I guess he’s okay with paying over $400 to have your room visible from said “outside of room” . I am thankful for the refund as we had to scramble to find another hotel to stay in for the evening. It was definitely a disappointing and stressful New Years Eve. We have spent our last eight New Years in the same location and decided to change it up this time. Thank goodness the resort we usually stay at had one room available for the evening and our trip wasn’t a total bust. But hey now “I’m done with this” sir.
