Cozy, newly renovated, 3bed, 2 bath, single story home in Ballantyne. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood, with walking trails, a pond, and tennis courts.

Fully fenced in backyard, Pets are welcome! ($50 Fee applies per pet, per stay)

-3 minutes to Ballantyne
-5 minutes to Pineville
-20 minutes to Uptown Charlotte...Carolina Panthers Bank of America Stadium, Discovery Center (great for kids!) and Charlotte Hornets Spectrum Center
-15 minutes to Carowinds
-Driveable Day Trips: Asheville (2hrs), Myrtle Beach (3.5hrs), Wilmington Beach (3hrs), Charleston (3hrs)

My goal is that you have the perfect stay and I will do everything possible that you enjoy your stay. I provide a guest guide book of Charlotte that provides a ton of restaurants, shopping, and attractions. I don't want you just to love your stay at my house, but also love your stay in Charlotte!

I am only there when needed. You will get a code to get into the house, so you can get in and settle as soon as you arrive. If you prefer, we never need to meet. However, if you need any additional assistance, Myself, and my co-host, we both live minutes away from the property so please feel free to reach out to us.

The property and host was fantastic. It’s a nice, clean, full-service house with a nice fenced yard. Host was very friendly and prompt with all communication. Great location to food, services, gyms and personal care services. Would recommend and stay there again.

It was a beautiful three bedroom house with everything we needed! Hosts were attentive and accommodating! Very clean and comfortable! They thought of everything! Very enjoyable stay!

The house was great! We were in town for a half marathon and enjoyed staying here. Everything was clean and had all the things we needed. The neighborhood was close to wear we needed to be and was quiet.

Everything was perfect! The house was very clean and has everything you need. The fenced in yard was a big plus for my pup! The host was very friendly and communicative.

A very nice property with all of the amenities one would want - Keurig with coffee, nice washer and dryer, detergent, big bathrooms, lots of nice towels, very open with big windows and great for families! Quiet neighborhood away from 485 hearing only the sound of birds in the tree lined neighborhood. Conveniently located to Ballantyne and Pineville and easy drive to Indian Land on Lancaster Hwy and 521. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again. We were very thankful to be close to our home while it was undergoing major downstairs construction.

It was a great experience. The location was perfect and close to shops. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and had pretty walking trails (our dogs loved).

I had a great stay and really enjoyed my time here. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything I needed for my four-night stay was provided, and it was easy to settle in and feel at home.The location near Ballantyne was a huge plus. It was convenient to shopping, restaurants, and everything I needed, while still being in a quiet area. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay.Overall, a wonderful experience and a place I would absolutely stay again.
