Get ready to relax in this 4-bedroom house in Pineville with your very own private pool (May - Oct). With 2 king beds and 2 queen beds, this terrific property offers a cozy, stylish retreat for guests. Very family friendly as everyone can spread out and be comfortable.

The home is on about an acre, and located on a quiet street. Yet close to lots of restaurants, shopping and things to do! Very private.

*Less than 10minutes from Carowinds
*A few minutes from downtown Pineville, NC
*Walkable distance to Pineville Lake Park
*20 minutes from Uptown Charlotte, NC
*20 minutes from Charlotte Douglas Airport

The entire home was recently renovated and professionally designed! Enjoy the spa-like bathrooms and stylish decor.

Lots of space to spread out with the basement/movie room where everyone can fit, watch a movie or play games.

**This home is in a quiet neighborhood. Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. We have a zero-tolerance policy—any violation will result in cancellation without refund, immediate removal, and will be reported. Thank you for respecting our home and community.**

Rob’s place was perfect for our weekend and just as advertised. Pool was refreshing to use and house was spotless. Park that was a short walk away was beautiful and provided a nice place to walk with our grandchild. Would book his house again if we need to stay while visiting our son’s family in Fort Mill.

This home was very comfortable, clean and maintained very well. The neighborhood was very quiet. My kids especially enjoyed the pool area. And I loved my privacy in the basement. I highly recommend renting this property for your next trip. You will be satisfied. Can’t wait to visit again.

Great home! Spacious and has all the necessities that you will need! Although it was a tad too cold out during our stay to use the pool the area was nice! Owner had great communication as well.

We had an amazing stay! Rob was an exceptional host who communicated quickly throughout the entire process and went above and beyond to accommodate us when our flights changed. His flexibility and kindness made our trip so much less stressful. The property itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt more like a home than a rental. It was comfortable, welcoming, and had everything we needed for a great stay. We truly appreciated Rob’s hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

From the beginning, Rob was in constant communication to make sure we had everything we needed. Check in process was seamless. The home was as advertised! The home was beautifully decorated and had everything we could need…loved how they thought ahead of everything to make it a great stay. The home was on a quiet street and the neighbors were friendly. Had a GREAT stay. We hope we can stay there again on our next trip!

Our stay was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The home had every single amenity we could possibly need and more. It was clean, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and truly felt like a home away from home.Everything was thoughtfully prepared, and we were able to relax and enjoy our time to the fullest without needing anything extra. The space was welcoming, well-stocked, and perfect for our stay.We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 across the board we would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone considering booking!

We loved our stay at this Vrbo!! They had absolutely everything we could need or think of. The decor and furniture was so aesthetically pleasing and comfortable. Everything felt brand new and clean. They even had toddler proof gates and a pack play available, which we greatly appreciated. The hosts were so kind and accommodating, and extremely responsive. I would most definitely stay here in the future. Definitely one of the best Vrbo’s we’ve ever stayed in.

This house was perfect for our 2 family stay. It was very clean, included all of the essentials, and had enough room for our families to comfortably spend a few days together. The kids loved the pool and it’s always great when we can have our pups with us! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for something in the South Charlotte area!
