As of May 2020: Brand new kitchen, 4th bedroom, 3rd bathroom, and new flooring through most of home. Having a beach access point conveniently located across the street, this home is sure to please. Both you and your dog will love enjoying the Charleston sun from the comfort of the sundeck with a retractable in awning and the large fenced in yard. Additional features of this property include a three car garage, no carpeting, gas grill, and Wi-Fi.

Family Time

What a great family holiday celebration! We were close enough to the beach to walk over every day; we were off the main street so there was very little traffic! The house was perfect..large rooms; the dining room table was spacious enough for meals and games and puzzles! Bedrooms were comfy and private. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Pet Friendly Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here with our children and grandchild and their dog,Millie. The house is so close to the beach, it was really perfect. Millie is a daycare dog but for this vacation she was very living her best llife. Made many friends on the beach.Thanksgiving dinner with my mom and brother were really great.The kitchen is wonderful. Includes a small counter top oven to help keep everything warm. The house was really nice and clean. We definitely recommend .

Girls weekend

We do an annual girls weekend with around 10 people. This house was wonderful! Great location, and space! Kitchen was supplied with all the necessities. Easy walk to beach!!

Wedding trip

Reviewer Comments: Location was great, kitchen was very nice, plenty seating and room, but the floors were very dirty and the master bedroom bedding smelt bad and needed to be cleaned. The place needs a good cleaning.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great property and experience overall. Just a couple suggestions, 1) Garage door code provided for one door only. Recommend writing all 3 codes and instructions on white board at bottom of stairs 2) Floors need to be mopped, first day, black feet after walking on 3) coffee pot needs to be replaced, leaks badly when pouring, upper ring with spout is not adhered to glass pot, can be lifted up, 4) Master bedroom, no bulb in ceiling fan making room very dark even with night stand and dresser lights on.

Distance to and paved public beach access was great! Very clean with updated amenities and plenty of room for everyone. All the available family games were a nice surprise! Was disappointed that the partial view shown in the Island Realty listing was now blocked by neighboring foliage - that view was a big factor in decision to rent this location. Would definitely recommend this property for families - kid and pet friendly!

It had a large fenced in yard for the dog and access from the yard to a fenced in area within the 3 car garage where pets could get inside if needed. The location was a really short walk to the beach access. Everything in the house was in perfect condition and was easy to keep up. We hope to return soon.

Great dog friendly rental

Big, fenced in yard; gated front porch.Walk out the front door down to the corner and two houses to the right and you are at the path to the (very nice) beach. Very quick response from management company in response to my call about a problem with the garage keypad. The decor could most definitely use updating; the interior felt a little like grandma's house.

I really liked the kitchen and that it was very well equipped.Only item I would change is that the gate be designed to not let little dogs out. Ours got out several times during the stay. Everything you need is here you is close to the beach with great areas to walk. There was new construction on both sides which knew in advance and should be ending soon. The only real complaint was the couches are a little worn.
