The third bedroom is next to the living room and the fourth bedroom is in the lower level with a king bed and ensuite full bathroom. The lower level king bedroom also has sliding glass door leading outside! The rooms are spaced out nicely to provide great privacy.

There is outdoor seating and dining around the gas grill area, great for an afternoon BBQ.

Throughout the house there are A/C units and ceiling fans to keep you cool. Your host also provide an enclosed outside shower!
