Relax at the coast in the beautiful Olivia Beach neighborhood in Lincoln City. Close to the outlet stores at south end of town and the new Pelican Brewery. Cozy house with hot tub and 3 king suites as well as washer and dryer. Walk to the beach and tide pools then come home to warm up in the hot tub. The house is in front of the park with sand volleyball, play structure, community fire pit and grassy area for games. Heated seasonal pool with ocean views in the neighborhood. Lot's of family games in house and casino in town for adults. Devil's lake for water activities, crabbing at Siletz bay or fishing on both!

This was the perfect spot for a family vacation to Lincoln City. The property was exquisite and met our family needs. It was a beautiful house that was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house. I loved that it came with a hot tub, balcony, a bathroom for every room, fire pit, volleyball area, and it came with a community pool. Host messaged me throughout my stay checking on me and messaged back whenever I had a question.

Such a lovely location in Olivia Beach neighborhood! Felt very safe for families and was a cute home with plenty of clean bedding, towels, newer pull out beds (we doubled up the mattresses of the fold outs to make it more comfy), and kitchen ware. Be ready to climb lots of stairs to get to the beach but we enjoyed the walk and tide pooling right there. A great central location for the coast-traveled up to Cannon Beach/Tillamook, east to Drift Creek Falls and south to Depoe Bay/Newport. Would love to return next summer!!!

This house was perfect for our family. It had everything we could need. The size, the location, the park, the quiet neighborhood. It was all amazing. We enjoyed the hot tub every day. My kids loved the community pool. My only complaint would be the beach access stairs photo in the listing makes the stairs look less intense than they really are. We had our daughter with Down syndrome with us and she struggled with the stairs so we only spent one day on Olivia Beach. We drove to the other ones when we wanted to spend time on the beach. The stairs are not easy for anyone with mobility issues or that are elderly. Other than that we would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place

Wonderful location and facility enjoyed the front porch with morning sun. House had everything you could need we enjoyed a fantastic thanksgiving weekend. Didn’t want to leave, 10/10, will come back again!

Oregon coast

Great property in good location on the Oregon coast. Short walk to beach access. Short drive to town/restaurants. Park area across the street has play equipment for children, fire pit for use and community had a pool available. Altogether a great stay!

Great location!

The house is across from the park in the neighborhood and a short walk to the pool and the beach. Our family really enjoyed staying here. The host also went out of the way to help return an important object to me that I had left behind.

Olivia Beach house

Very nice property with a well stocked kitchen. Perfect for 3 couples, with all 3 bedrooms being master suites. Will definitely keep this property in mind for future visits.

Revisited for our second Labor Day in a row and it was just as cozy, equipped, a thoughtfully packed with games and amenities as before. This is a GREAT vacation rental!

Lovely Home

The house is well stocked, very clean, and amazing location! I’d stay here again, given the opportunity. The beds were very comfortable and the linens were wonderful! The hot tub was really clean and warm upon arrival. Even the porch furniture was comfortable!

this is a fantastic property. so many beautiful touches in the house and the house is in a wonderful neighbourhood. The only way this property could have been improved would be if it was directly on the beach!

Lovely place to stay!

The home is very comfortable and very well equipt. The children enjoyed the park accross the street. The rooms are spacious. The furniture comfortable. I would definately visit again.

Well worth it!

This was an amazing experience for some first-time family members visiting Lincoln city. Great location, close to outlets, walking distance to beach, and park/firepit across the street. Hot tub was a plus. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this house to others.

Bringing in the New Year!

We had a wonderful stay over New Years! The home was fully stocked with everything we needed. Very clean, wonderful hot tub and great location. Short walk to the beach and park across the street! Host was very responsive when needing assistance. Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Home and Beach Access

Beautiful, clean, stocked home. Loved the triple master suites for our family of six. Beach chairs, toys, kites, and sand tools were fun to bring along. Whales, seals, and tide pools were amazing and accessible from the Olivia Beach access point only a block away. Mornings and evenings on the porch were peaceful. Community pool was WARM!!! Would definitely come again!
