Double Diamond Rentals - Cozy Home for Travelers

Welcome to 122 Pecan Valley Drive, Sherwood. This spacious home with a large fenced backyard that is sure to make your evenings a pleasant one for you and your furry friends. This home comes fully equipped and has a large dining/family room for entertainment! With close access to all Little Rock’s dining and entertainment, this home offers a small-town feel in one of Arkansas’ safest cities. If you need access to all the hospitals and amenities, look no further, living in Sherwood will ensure your stay will be a pleasant one!

This home is located in ta quiet neighborhood with Bill Harmon Recreational Center right in the neighborhood. Walk the sidewalk to the center and enjoy an olympic-size pool and full weight-room for only $5 per day. Quick access is available to be in North Little Rock in minutes, downtown Little Rock in 10 minutes, or the Airforce Base just to the north in Jacksonville.

Be sure to check out Burns Park, the nations largest municipal park, or the Old Mill just minutes away. Uber and Lyft are available with the Little Rock airport just being 15 minutes away. If you need hospital access, all the hospitals in Central Arkansas can be accessed quickly.

Dogs welcome, up to 3 dogs per stay. No other pets allowed, to include cats. See house rules for details.

Camera Location
The home is equipped with two outside exterior security cameras with audio capability that will be turned on during your stay. One located left of the driveway at the corner of the house overlooking the driveway and front walkway. The second camera is located outside the back door to the left overlooking the back patio and yard. The home is equipped with an ADT security alarm and smart thermostat. Absolutely no cameras are inside the home or any other area not listed to protect your privacy. Please do not unplug or cover up/tamper with the exterior security cameras at any time.

Communication with Double Diamond Renters was excellent! House clean and very tidy. Close to Air Force Base . Area very quiet and safe.

Teresa's group were great guests. They took great care of the home and communicated well. I would highly recommend to other hosts to host Teresa.

Clean, spacious, one-level home with a wonderful fenced-in backyard. Home was equipped with everything we needed. The driveway was steep but manageable. Easy check-in and good communication with host. Would stay here again.

Her group were great guests. They took great care of the home and could not even tell they had a dog. I would highly recommend her to other hosts.

I enjoyed staying here, everything was great, had a few little issues that I discussed with owner. My main suggestion would be to talk about drive way so people who haven’t drove on a hill style to really keep the car turned because it scraped under my car really bad the first time going up and leaving and coming back. I mean it really got it that I’ve got to go have it looked it but I’m hoping it’s fine. Owner is nice and stays in communication with you. I highly recommend him and his properties

The driveway is normal for the area with homes on a hill. I never had a guest issue with it. If a low car, you can park on the street if wish. One needs to know where to drive their car, it was her choice to take the driveway straight on over and over again and not at any angle. Never heard a complaint from this. Otherwise the guests was fine, a little messy with lots of food around the house, the cleaning was just a little extra, not bad, but not great either.

Welcome to Double Diamond Rentals, providing furnished single-family homes to travel professionals, vacationers and families in the best and safest places in Central Arkansas, Middle Tennessee and South Florida!

We own or manage all of these homes ourselves. We believe personal customer service is essential. I know how difficult it is to move to an area that is unfamiliar, and I strive to provide the comfort that our homes are in great and safe areas, that are convenient to all the amenities the area has to offer. I also wanted to make sure all hospitals are within a short commute.

All of the homes are perfectly designed for Vacationers, travel nurses, families waiting to purchase their own homes and military personnel. Each month I have homes coming available, and I strive to make sure everyone that needs a home will have one. I’m always complimented on how nicely furnished these homes are, making it feel like a home away from home!
