Great location

Super clean, super nice view, and the pool was great on days the jellyfish were abundant. Would love to come back.

Pleasant Stay

We enjoyed the location, the amenities, and the communication with the host was very easy and simple. The balcony needed to be swept a little better and we were there during “spring break” week which left teenagers around us unattended by adults and getting into things they shouldn’t, but the neither host nor location can be faulted for that. My suggestion would be not to come during spring break :). We loved our stay!

Spring break getaway

Our family of 4 stayed here and really enjoyed it. The condo is clean and cute. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Overlooks the pool and beach. Would stay again if we went back.

Great Condo

We had a great time. Family of 5 and we had plenty of space. The beach accessories that were provided were awesome. Location was perfect and a short walk or drive to anything we wanted. We’d stay here again

Beach Bach Trip

Everything was amazing! It was super clean, views were beautiful and there was more than enough room for the 8 of us! The location was perfect so we didn’t have to drive more than 5 minutes to get anywhere. It was perfect we had so much fun!

Great family vacation

Beautiful white sand. Easy access to beach. Close to restaurants and shops. But also far enough down the beach that it wasn’t super packed. Will return again in future!

Anniversary Trip

My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary. The condo was the perfect size for us and had everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and there's plenty of beach items available for a family with younger kids. Also, there were beach chairs and an umbrella that came in handy. The condo is clean and comfy. I'd stay here again if we return.

So Relaxing

We had a fabulous stay. The condo smelled great and was very very clean. The bed and linens were so comfortable. The view of the Gulf from the living room and the master bedroom was amazing! It had everything you needed for the beach. Even a little cooler, which we had forgotten. We had an issue that happened but was out of the host's control. The host responded quickly and even refunded a portion of our money back. Highly recommend!

Pensacola paradise

Fantastic location, across from Paradise Inn (great food and live music). This condo is fresh and well appointed and has thoughtful touches. My family and I were very comfortable during our stay. The building door pad security and parking was a little tricky to figure out at first but it worked out. Book it!

Beach vacation

Great location. The condo was nice and in a great spot. The only issue we had is that the pools were closed a few times and at times pretty nasty. Some of the renters do not read the signs or obey the rules.

Perfection

After a long drive from Michigan, walking into this condo was perfect! We were greeted with a basket of water, treats, and a bottle of wine, which was exactly what we needed after a long and tiring drive. The view to the ocean is breathtaking and the balcony was a beautiful spot to drink our morning coffee. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, including a stocked coffee bar, and it was extremely clean. We will definitely stay here again.

Awesome condo

I booked this condo last minute for one night (we are locals) and it couldn’t have worked out better. Cade was a great host and answered my many questions promptly. He also allowed us early check in since we were literally there 24 hours. Condo was clean, view was awesome! We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Home away from Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and comfortable for our family. We loved the welcome basket left on the kitchen counter, which included some great snacks, wine and a beautiful ornament souvenir to remind us of our time at the beach. This property had everything we needed, from batteries to board games to enjoy during our downtime. We will definitely book this property again and have told all of our family and friends this is the place to stay when in Pensacola Beach. No need to look anywhere else!

This condominium is a gated community with two pools (one heated) and hot tub over-looking the gulf, a fitness center, an enclosed storage unit, and private beach access. Located next to restaurants, a convenience store, shopping, you will never have to go far for entertainment, food, supplies and gas. Gorgeous Gulf Front Unit, large living spaces indoor and outdoor (seating for 8). The main bedroom overlooks the gulf for beautiful sunrise views. Condo also offers amazing sunset views as well as views of the Pensacola Beach Pier from the balcony patio and living room.
