This property is amazing and was perfect for what we needed! The only very small thing I would note is that the hot tub wasn’t filled when we arrived which is COMPLETELY understandable considering the irregular booking schedules of Vrbo properties, but just a heads up plan to do that if you want to use it. Again this property was great and had amazing space for our entire family to be there and have an amazing time. The host was also easy to contact and accommodated all questions and concerns we had. Absolutely zero complaints :)

We loved the in his large house! There were five large upstairs, which made sleeping arrangements easy for the children.

The sofa sectional the group hung out most of the time would slide out from under you because it wasn’t fastened together. The house did not have sufficient air conditioning for the sleeping space and all the rooms one wasn’t working in the main sleeping area. I’ve stayed multiple places for the price per night I was disappointed.

The visit and property was a great and I’d recommend it! Our family trip was a major success and the property was just what we needed. It’s a nice get away from the hustle of daily life and it’s a great retreat to bring the family or groups of all ages together. Something to do for both the very young and the older “young at heart.” We met here for a family celebration of life in memory of our late mother’s birthday. I would have said 5stars however the listing photos was a bit misleading and it seemed as though there’s a separate pool and it’s what is known as one pool-spa all in one so a bit let down to know it’s all one spa jacuzzi like pool, however the kids/grandkids had fun though the adults were expecting a separate spa so we didn’t get in with them! LOL! The other things that showed up were to minor to mention-however a great place to escape, have modern conveniences for entertainment- not too far of a drive to the malls, stores and Nashville, it has a Great theatre and karaoke room, which was a big hit for the teen youth in the family. Some space even for the quiet personality individuals because there’s separate places to sit and read or relax to get away from the main gathering spaces. This can accommodate all types of personalities and in the winter has a really nice fireplace! The bedrooms were limited to 3 and for a large group I suggest the host adding a privacy curtain option for the hallway beds to slide back and forth. Great comfort clean nice getaway!

Property itself beautiful and beds very comfortable. The hot tub was dirty and had items and toys inside of it. Cornhole was poor quality and missing bag. Connect four missing peices and not orginized. Pool table is unusable from one side.pool cues are all broken except one. Screens on porch are broken or missing completely so not truly screened in porch. Air hockey pucks bent and unusable and the air for table barely works. Ping pong paddles missing rubber on both paddles and warped. Garage doors on seating area you cant open. Nashville light broken. House was dirty with dead bugs on floor in multiple places and multiple webs in reachable places. No inside entertainment included other than tv. No board games, card games, no nothing. Oven isnt even mounted correctly. They included 3 table spoons of coffee grounds for an entire pot of coffee for two days. Top floor is extremely noisy when walking across. Dryer missing the knob for control. The addition to rent for and extra room had a broken window and was full of items which was never discussed. House is packed full of minisplits that barely combat the temperature because of temperature constraints in place by host. Three of the 4 speakers on hottub are broken and dont work. There is no way to turn outside string lights off if want to. No firewood included at all but were nice enough to include a thing of fluid. Toys all over yard.

Our host was very accommodating. We did not have any issues.The barn was charming and quaint, with all the ammenities you could need. We had family in from Ottawa, Canada Louisville,Ky Yuma, Az and they all want to rent the barn again next year.

Kids loved table swings. We all enjoyed movie room. Beds were very comfortable. Nice fire pit and lots of entertainment choices. Couple of issues: karaoke mics don’t work and the heat in the game room just couldn’t keep up with the cold.

The house was super neat but very poorly maintained, chairs around the fire pit were dry rotted and broken, playground slide was broken and unsafe, no outlets in kitchen area. Pans were pleeling with nonstick coating, dryer nob was broke so couldnt adjust it. The pictures showed a beautful event area that i oaid an additional 350 dollars to have an event there Iwas having a wedding and that area was full of trash and junk we were forced to move it all out and put it back. Lawn area where we were planning set up was a giant burn pile of cabnits and wood so terrible for pictures. It would have been a really cool place but needs new equipent and to be cleaned up.

Host contacted us around noon on the day of our arrival and asked what time we would be arriving. We stated 5 or so (standard checkin is 4pm). Host informed us they were performing maintenance on the stove but assured us it would be ready when we arrived. We informed her we planned to use the kitchen to prepare dinner and were again assured it would be ready when we arrived. We got there around 5:30 and stove was not working. We contacted the host and were told the tech had to go get a part and would return in 30 min to finish. We settled in and went for a walk. Returned hoping to start dinner but tech still hadnt returned at 7 pm. Tried to contact the host multiple times with no response. Searched property for propane tank for the grill hoping to prepare dinner another way but there was none. Searched for local takeout but nothing open. Drove to nearest store and purchased a propane tank. Took over 30 min since rental was remote. At 9 pm finally got propane and began cooking. Kids were hungry and grumpy. Technician showed up at 9:30 pm to finish repairing stove so had to stop using kitchen while he worked. Host finally called back and sounded irritated stating she told us about the issue. I reminded her that she assured us the place would be ready when we arrived at 5 pm. Forcing us to wait 4 1/2 hours to cook dinner for the family was completely unacceptable. We requested reimbursement for the propane tank and host refused. Do not recommend this place or these hosts.

Big rustic property, not too far from the city. Very spacious property that gave the 16 of us plenty of space to not feel crowded. The theater/karaoke area was a huge hit for the kids. Initial check in was a little rocky, cleaners were running late so the house wasn't ready at check in time. There were a few problems found but the maintenance guy worked quickly to remedy them so we could get into the house. Overall it was a good experience.

This is a fantastic property. Loved the karaoke room, theatre room, really large hot tub, fire pit and huge covered parking (8 motorcycles only used half of it). The hosts were prompt in responding and we interacted numerous times pre check-in during the stay and post check out. Easy drive to Nashville. Great experience! I highly recommend.
